| Millimeter Wave Power Module(MMPM),which operates in the millimeter wave band,is a power device used for RF signal amplification,mainly composed of millimeter wave miniaturized traveling wave tube(Mini-TWT),solid state amplifier(SSA)and integrated power conditioner(IPC).The MMPM is developing towards miniaturization and ultra-thin applications,and the integrated power supply is the largest space occupied in the whole module.The miniaturization and ultra-thin development of the integrated power supply will provide important technical support for the successful development of the next generation MMPM.This paper mainly focuses on the development of the experimental prototype by the technical index requirements of the integrated power supply,and the main contents are:1.According to the requirements of the technical indicators of MMPM integrated power supply,the overall development system plan is analyzed and formulated,and the development of the integrated power supply is divided into five modules through the modular design concept,which can effectively reduce the difficulty of integrated power development.Among them,the high-voltage main circuit provides the required high voltage for the MMPM traveling wave tube;the high-voltage feedback control circuit and the high-voltage protection circuit form an integrated power control and protection circuit to provide protection for the entire MMPM;the auxiliary power supply provides the power supply voltage for the chips and other components in each module circuit.2.High-voltage main circuit design.According to the circuit index characteristics of the high-voltage main circuit,the design of LLC resonant converter,high-voltage magnetic parts,and high-voltage rectifier circuit solves the problem that the highvoltage main circuit is difficult to output three high-voltage under the premise of small size and low height.Choose LLC resonant converter as the circuit topology,and conduct theoretical research on LLC resonant converter,analyze the working status of LLC resonant converter,and finally calculate the parameters of LLC resonant network;high-voltage insulation,resonant inductor overheating and other issues are to realize the small size of MMPM integrated power supply The main difficulty to be solved by chemical transformation,therefore,the parameter design of the high-voltage transformer and the resonant inductor,the use of potting and spraying insulating varnish,solves the problem of high-voltage insulation,and effectively reduces the heat of the resonant inductor by grinding the air gap of the magnetic core.Problem: Aiming at the difficulty of the rectifier circuit for ripple and miniaturization,a symmetrical voltage doubler rectifier circuit is designed.Finally,the designed high-voltage main circuit parameters are simulated and analyzed by ORCAD software,and the results meet the design technical index requirements3.Design of feedback control and protection circuit and auxiliary power circuit.The negative high-voltage high-precision feedback control circuit solves the difficulty of high-voltage main circuit negative high-precision feedback,and realizes feedback sampling with sensitive response speed and high precision.The high-voltage protection circuit mainly realizes over-voltage and over-current protection,thereby realizing the protection of the entire MMPM;the auxiliary power circuit uses an integrated power chip to realize a miniaturized auxiliary circuit and solves the difficulty of high-voltage insulation of the auxiliary power supply.4.Integrate the overall layout of the developed module circuit,design the PCB board according to the volume and height requirements in the technical indicators,realize the development of the MMPM integrated power supply prototype that meets the volume and height requirements,and simulate the connection resistance of the integrated power supply prototype Load the indicator output test.Through the test results,the designed MMPM integrated power supply can meet the technical index requirements. |
