With the continuous development of China’s social economy,the country’s demand for expressway increases year by year,and expressway has become an important part of China’s social and economic development.A large number of vehicles pass through the highway tunnel,which produces a large number of pollutants in the process of driving.The design requirements for the ventilation system of the highway tunnel are increasingly high,so as to ensure that there is fresh air at all times when the vehicles pass through the tunnel and ensure the comfort of the tunnel environment.In this paper,a highway tunnel in Shanxi Province is taken as the research object.In order to ensure everyone’s driving experience in the tunnel,CO concentration and smoke concentration are used as control targets to design a tunnel risk control system.The fuzzy controller and PID control algorithm were combined to optimize the control strategy of the fans in the tunnel,and the number of fans was reasonably controlled.In response to the call of national energy conservation and emission reduction,the frequency conversion energy-saving technology is introduced to reduce the operating cost of the fan on the premise of ensuring the ventilation volume,so as to achieve the purpose of saving energy consumption.In this paper,the tunnel ventilation system is studied as follows:1.Calculate the design concentration of pollutants,the air volume required to dilute pollutants and the required lift pressure in the tunnel.The type,ventilation mode and control method of tunnel ventilator are analyzed and compared.Full preparation is made for the design of tunnel ventilation system control scheme.2.In view of the long tunnel the characteristics of nonlinear,time-varying,hysteresis,combining fuzzy control and PID control algorithm,with pollutants concentration error and pollutant concentration error variation as inputs,according to the actual tunnel operation,online self-tuning PID parameters,the construction of ventilation system,fuzzy PID control to the tunnel on-demand ventilation,the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.3.The system was simulated and debugged by using Matlab software,and the effectiveness of the system was verified.By adding strong interference signal to simulate the abrupt change of pollutant concentration,the system quickly returns to the steady state,which shows that the system has good anti-interference ability and adaptability.4.The introduction of frequency conversion technology,through calculating the annual energy saving of a single fan in the tunnel,the analysis shows that the adoption of frequency converter tunnel ventilation system can save a lot of energy consumption,energy saving and emission reduction effect is remarkable,which has a reference and guiding significance for the study of similar tunnel engineering.
