With the continuous construction and development of the traffic network,our country has built a large number of highway tunnels.And during the period of operation,the tunnel ventilation system can produce huge energy consumption.It is very common to control the jet fan start/stop directly one by one in practical application.At present,the inefficient and backward methods of ventilation control are not only waste of electricity,also cannot achieve the result of disaster prevention and rescue.In this context,in order to enhance the level of highway tunnel operation management,reduce energy consumption of operation ventilation and improve the ventilation ability of disaster prevention and reduction.This paper mainly made several aspects of work.This paper was completed based on the scientific research project-development of control system of remote variable frequency ventilation in highway tunnel of Chongqing Science and Technology Commission and China Merchants Chongqing Communications Technology Research and Design Institute co.,LTD.Theoretical analysis,physical test and numerical analysis method were applied in this paper.The new tunnel ventilation system adopts frequency conversion technology and intelligent control method to form the remote variable frequency ventilation control system of tunnel.? Research on tunnel engineering both at home and abroad.Analyze the development of the tunnel ventilation method and control mode.Research on structures of the remote variable frequency ventilation control system in highway tunnel.?With CO/VI/wind speed value as control parameters,research on intelligent control algorithm of highway tunnel remote variable frequency ventilation based on fuzzy PID and verifies its adaptability.?Analyze the generation principle and inhibiting mechanism of high frequency harmonics and overvoltage caused by inverter output side.Research to eliminate harmonics and overvoltage through effectively filtering method.? Conduct 1:1 prototype test of tunnel remote variable frequency ventilation control system.Analyze through testing electric parameters and waveform of single/double turbine with or without filter under condition of different cable length,different frequency and different measuring point.Demonstrate the feasibility of variable frequency operation of jet fan remotely controlled by the system.And confirm the effectiveness of filtering device to control the high frequency harmonics and overvoltage.?System eliminates the high frequency harmonics and waveform burr,reduces the fan terminal voltage,current and power values.And experiment verified all the parameters meet the requirement of highway tunnel operation ventilation.Transform the rectangular pulse voltage of inverter output to smooth sine wave voltage.The output power quality meets the requirements of normal work for far end of jet fan.Realize the distance between the jet fan and the control unit reaches more than 1 km.?Establish a numerical simulation model to simulate jet fan flow field in the tunnel when it is in variable frequency operation.Analyze the flow field distribution of variable frequency ventilation conditions,compare the model calculation results and measured data of physical test,verifies the reliability of the simulation model.And lay the root for further research on how frequency combination,layout spacing between fan station and fan station,etc.in order to achieve higher ventilation efficiency.
