Research On Quality Characteristics Design Of Pure Electric Vehicle In Enterprise B Based On QFD

In order to promote the implementation of energy saving and environmental protection,pure electric vehicles are highly praised by the government and enterprises for their advantages of "zero pollution" and "low noise".Many well-known automobile manufacturers at home and abroad attach great importance to the development and research of pure electric vehicles.With the gradual maturity of technology,my country’s pure electric vehicle policy subsidies have also ushered in a sharp decline.The purchase subsidy standard for pure electric vehicles in 2021 will decline by 20% on the basis of 2020.This also means that the pure electric vehicle market will grow.The driving force has been shifting from "policy-driven" to "product-driven".When consumers buy pure electric vehicles,they pay more attention to whether the various quality characteristics of the products can meet the needs of consumers.Enterprise B is an enterprise mainly engaged in the production and manufacturing of new energy vehicles.Its pure electric vehicle R & D projects have the problems of low success rate of new product R & D and low consumer satisfaction.In this study,the pure electric vehicle of enterprise B is taken as the research object,and its quality characteristic design project is planned and studied through QFD theory.First of all,the demand of pure electric vehicle consumers in enterprise B is obtained and analyzed,and the consumer demand is analyzed by using the KJ method.According to the consumer demand analysis method Kano principle,the Kano questionnaire of pure electric vehicle consumer demand preference is designed,and the quantitative statistics and analysis of consumer demand are carried out to determine the importance of consumer demand.Secondly,the quality characteristics of pure electric vehicles are obtained and analyzed.Through the QFD theory,the consumer demand is transformed into the quality characteristics index of pure electric vehicles,and the correlation matrix between the consumer demand and the quality characteristics of pure electric vehicles is determined.The competitiveness of enterprise B is analyzed,the weight of quality characteristics is obtained,and the technical target value of the quality characteristics of pure electric vehicles of enterprise B is set.Finally,we build a complete HOQ model,find out the key quality characteristics of pure electric vehicles,determine the technical focus of pure electric vehicle quality characteristics design project of enterprise B,shorten the R&D cycle of pure electric vehicle new products of enterprise B,reduce the R&D investment of enterprise B on new products,and provide direction planning for pure electric vehicle R&D project of enterprise B.Based on QFD theory,this paper studies the quality characteristic design of pure electric vehicles in enterprise B.It is found that the application of QFD theory in the quality characteristic design of pure electric vehicles can more accurately identify the needs of consumers,improve the satisfaction of consumers to products,and then enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.The relevant conclusions of this study can be used as a reference for similar enterprises.
