Switched Reluctance Motor(SRM)has been widely used in industry,agriculture,aviation and household appliances due to its advantages such as simple structure,reliable operation,large starting torque,wide speed range,high efficiency and the ability to work in harsh environments.At present,it has been widely used in various fields such as coke industry,agriculture,aviation industry and household appliance industry.However,it has the disadvantage of large torque ripple.Therefore,starting from the motor control,this paper proposes a SRM direct torque control based on cubic torque sharing function,so as to achieve the effect of reducing torque ripple.The following aspects are studied in this paper:In order to suppress the torque ripple of SRM,the direct torque control of SRM is proposed in this paper.By using the finite element method to analyze the electromagnetic characteristics of SRM,explores the causes of torque ripple of SRM,and the nonlinear electromagnetic data are needed in the subsequent control model,such as flux,inductance and torque are obtained.An accurate SRM ontology model is established by lookup table method.Based on MATLAB/Simulink,a simulation model of SRM direct torque control system is built.Under different working conditions,the simulation results show that,compared with current chopper control,when the motor speed is 3000r/min and the load is 1N·m and 1.5N·m,the corresponding torque ripple is 26.84% and 19.28%,respectively,which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed control method.Although the direct torque control can reduce the torque ripple of SRM,it has the problem that the torque ripple is still very large in the commutation region,and it will produce negative torque during operation.Aiming at the existing problem of SRM direct torque control,this paper improves direct torque control,direct torque control is proposed to combine with cubic type torque sharing function of control method,the original 6 sectors are subdivided into 12 sectors,each sector π/6 apart,and increase the transient voltage vector optimization switch table,make the flux path is more close to the circular,The SRM is controlled by torque and flux double closed loop.The simulation results show that,compared with the direct torque control,the torque ripple is reduced from 98.56% to 21.24% at3000r/min and the load is 1N·m.When the load is 1.5N·m,the torque ripple decreases from 85.98% to 19.05%,which greatly reduces the torque ripple.In order to verify the correctness of the theory,this paper designs the hardware and software of the platform control system,and carries out experimental research.The experimental results show that,compared with current chopping control and direct torque control,the corresponding torque ripple is 26.84% and 19.28% at 3000 r/min and the load is 1N·m and 1.5N·m,respectively.The effectiveness of the proposed control method is verified.
