Research On Wanhe Electric Finance Analysis Based On Harvard Analysis Framework

At present,China’s home appliance market is under great pressure of competition,the labor cost is increasing,and the property cost is rising,which tests the profitability of China’s home appliance manufacturers and home appliance retailers.At the same time,in the international market,domestic home appliance brands are facing increasing competitive pressure from international home appliance brands.The start of Sino US trade war has brought new challenges to the export business of home appliance enterprises.The sudden epidemic situation has added new opportunities to the home appliance industry.In this critical period of development,this paper makes a financial analysis of Wanhe electric,a typical representative of home appliance enterprises,It can better help enterprises grasp the current development situation and seize the current development opportunities.The Harvard analytical framework adopted in this paper is to use professional,systematic and strategic financial analysis to evaluate the operation status of enterprises.This paper starts with the strategic analysis of Wanhe electric,analyzes the whole external environment of Wanhe electric by using PEST analysis model,and understands the political,economic,social and cultural as well as technical status of Wanhe electric in the field of mass home appliances;This paper uses Porter’s five forces model to analyze the competitive environment of the whole field of public household appliances,and analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by Wanhe electric;The SWOT analysis model is used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Wanhe electric.Next,guided by the conclusion of strategic analysis,accounting analysis,financial analysis and prospect analysis are carried out for Wanhe electric.Through the accounting analysis of Wanhe electric,to confirm the authenticity and validity of financial data of Wanhe electric;Through the analysis of the financial indicators of Wanhe electric,the financial status and change trend of Wanhe electric are obtained;Based on the results of previous strategic,accounting and financial analysis,this paper forecasts and analyzes the field of Wanhe electric and its own development prospects,and evaluates the future development trend of Wanhe electric.The results show that: the operating capacity of Wanhe Electric is declining,and there is no professional management team.In the current challenging economic environment of home appliance industry,the enterprise is facing the domestic market sales bottleneck and the unstable factors of international market sales.This paper analyzes the financial situation of Wanhe electric from a strategic perspective,analyzes the opportunities and threats existing in the external environment of the enterprise,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the internal conditions of the enterprise,points out the direction for the future development of the enterprise in the scientific prediction,and puts forward specific suggestions for optimizing the financial performance in view of the problems found,so as to help Wanhe electric achieve benign and sustainable development,It can provide some reference for the research of Wanhe electric and Harvard analysis framework.
