| As a key component of residents’ consumption structure,large household appliances have now become an important guarantee for China’s economic development.The direction of rapid growth of the market economy is largely determined by the future sustainable development of the home appliance industry.Through refined financial analysis,we can not only deeply understand the business methods and service characteristics of home appliance companies,but also discover the scale characteristics of the home appliance market and the risks faced in overseas expansion,and fundamentally have a deep understanding of the overall development of the home appliance industry.Based on this,this paper adopts the Harvard analysis framework,selects Haier Smart Home,a representative leading enterprise in the home appliance industry,as the research object,and analyzes and studies the development dilemma and financial problems faced by Haier Smart Home by collecting the views of domestic and foreign scholars,in order to sort out and summarize the current business situation and put forward constructive opinions and conclusions on the direction of future development.This article relies on the Harvard analytical framework approach to break through the limitations of traditional financial analysis.Integrating some non-financial information data on the basis of financial analysis enables strategic analysis based on the current situation of the industry,accounting analysis of enterprise asset quality using qualitative and quantitative methods,and prospect analysis based on the risks that the enterprise may face in the industry.At the same time,the main reason why Haier Smart Home has been the research object is that it has implemented an ecological brand strategy since 2019,which conforms to the goal of promoting ecological civilization construction proposed in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.This is not only a good development direction for the enterprise itself,but also good news for environmental protection.This article consists of six parts.In the first part,this paper combs the current relevant research theories and literature at home and abroad as the basis for the following analysis.The second part expounds the relevant theories,introduces the advantages of Harvard’s analysis framework,and provides the theoretical basis for Porter’s five forces analysis and SWOT analysis method.The third part introduces the overall overview of Haier Smart Home.Conduct strategic analysis of the company’s current industry situation and internal and external advantages;Through accounting analysis,select major accounting accounts and main accounting policies for accounting quality analysis;Subsequently,in the financial analysis,the ratio analysis method was used to analyze Haier Smart Home’s debt repayment,operation,profitability and development capabilities,and at the same time,Haier Smart Home’s cash flow from2017 to 2021 was compared to analyze the short-term operating capacity of the company.Finally,in the prospect analysis,the future development direction of the home appliance industry and enterprises is studied and predicted,and the Z-scoring model is used to predict the possibility of future business risks of enterprises.In the fourth part,through the above analysis results,it is found that Haier Smart Home has problems in strategy,accounting,finance and prospects.The fifth part puts forward corresponding financial strategy optimization countermeasures in view of the existing problems of enterprises and the current market situation.The sixth part is a summary and outlook.It is hoped that this article can provide some reference and reference for the sustainable development of Haier Smart Home and other related enterprises in the future. |
