A certain type of rapid-change parameter processing device is an extremely key component of the telemetry system.It is used to process various parameters of the aircraft in real time.Due to its processing speed,it directly affects the performance of the telemetry system.Therefore,it is very important to test equipment for the whole process of rapid-change parameter processing device.The test equipment conducts very detailed test on the development,production and operation process of rapid-change parameter processing device to improve its reliability.First of all,the overall design plan is determined according to the test requirements and functional indicators of the rapidly changing parameter test equipment.The test equipment is composed of three parts: the chassis,the signal module and the upper computer.The chassis adopts a standard CPCI chassis,which has its own host card and is a standardized cabinet product.The signal module realizes the functions of analog signal generation,instruction forwarding,spectrum calculation result reception,power supply and other functions.Due to the large amount of data received and processed by the fast-changing parameter processing device,and the data transmission and reception process,it is necessary to call the CAN-FD IP core,Therefore,the central logic controller selects a seven-series FPGA.At the same time,the test device realizes data interaction with the host computer through the PCI chip and the chassis backplane.After the overall block diagram of the test device is established,the specific functions of each module are described in detail by sub-modules.Including the design of analog-to-digital conversion circuit based on analog signal generation circuit;the design of communication module for data interaction with pre-processing device;the design of PCI communication for data interaction with host computer;and the design of power supply module for test equipment.The software design corresponds to the hardware part.The digital-to-analog conversion module and the communication module are introduced.Next,three spectrum calculation verification algorithms are introduced,power spectrum density algorithm,sound pressure level spectrum algorithm,and impulse response spectrum algorithm.Finally,the operation of the measuring device is introduced.The problem of parameter loading during the process.After the design is completed,set up a test environment to verify the performance of the test device,and test the digital-to-analog conversion module,power supply module,spectrum calculation verification module,parameter loading module,and data receiving module.The test results show that the performance of the measuring device is stable and reliable and meets the design requirements.
