Research On The Policy For LED Industry Symbiosis In China

Speeding up the development of China's LED industry is of great strategic significance to improve the national economy,social benefits and to seize the international leading position in the industry.At present,the development of LED industry in China is a huge challenge,and the ability of independent development is weak.The key factor is that a symbiotic industrial ecology has not been formed.The existing researches include industrial symbiosis research,industrial development or industrial policy support research.Research on the formation of LED industry symbiosis from the perspective of policy support is rare.Based on the important role of government support in the development of industrial symbiosis,this paper studies the policy support of the symbiotic construction of LED industry in China from the perspective of symbiosis theory for the purpose of providing reference for the government to formulate policies to adjust the industrial development.First of all,combined with the analysis of LED industry applied industrial symbiosis symbiotic theory,based on the understanding of the internal and external factors of symbiotic development of LED industry and operating mechanism,this paper analyzes the symbiosis phenomenon of LED industry in China,and grasps the present situation and problems of the LED industry in China.Then,based on the feedback of literature research and project research,combing the LED industrial policy,and the further analysis of policy effectiveness and policy constraints,this paper finds that excessive subsidies,lack of cooperation policy support of industry chain innovation chain,lagging industrial supporting construction and policy incongruity are the main causes of restricting the development of LED industry in China.Thirdly,based on the above analysis,this paper analyzes the internal and external factors that lead to the difficult development of LED industry in China,identifies that the reconstruction of LED industrial symbiosis system is the key task of policy support for the symbiotic construction of LED industry in China,and proposes the optimal approach of policy support based on the analysis of three elements of industrial symbiosis.Finally,combined with the above analysis conclusion of policy support optimization approach,under the principle of solving dilemma and solving the key problems of industrial symbiosis,this paper puts forward suggestion of constructing policy support of LED industry symbiosis in China from the governmental perspective.
