Based on the requirements of the 9mm police pistol tactical environment and tactical technical indicators,an overall scheme design and sub-system scheme design of a smart pistol are proposed.On the basis of the classic interior ballistic theory,the improved particle swarm algorithm is used to optimize the interior ballistic parameters.Compared with the interior ballistic average method,the interior ballistic characteristic values and are closer to the experimental values.Detailed structural design of the barrel assembly,sleeve,sleeve seat,magazine,locking mechanism,electric percussion mechanism,manual safety mechanism,electric primer,reintroduction spring and support spring,etc.were carried out,and a virtual prototype of the smart pistol was obtained.The circuit design of the shooter identification module,the bullet identification module,etc.,and the design of the smart pistol single shot control program.The strength of the barrel assembly was analyzed using NSYS Workbench to verify the feasibility of the barrel assembly design;the rigidity and strength of the cartridge case,the locking support surface,the locking groove,etc.were analyzed under the condition of the design locking gap;on the locking projection Optimized the design of the locking block,and obtained the optimal value of the front and rear inclination angle and the length of the upper end surface;using D MS to use the trigger insurance as a flexible body for stress and strain analysis,verifying the reliability of the trigger insurance.The three-dimensional model of the smart pistol in UG was imported into D MS,and the virtual prototype simulation model was established by adding constraints and loads.The motion characteristics of the main components of the automata were obtained through simulation,and the results were analyzed.The results show that the designed smart pistol scheme is feasible,the structure is reasonable,the movement of the automatic machine is stable,and the use of the pistol can be safe and controllable.This paper designs a 9mm police smart pistol,which provides a brand-new solution for the design of a new smart pistol,which has certain reference value.
