The increasing demand for heating makes the haze weather more frequent in winter in northern towns.From the point of view of clean heating,combined with the heat multiplier effect of wind energy and heat pump,a new heating method of wind turbine is born.A compressor is directly connected on the high-speed shaft side of the wind turbine transmission mechanism.The wind turbine directly drives the whole heat pump system for heating.Wind turbine heating system has great economic and environmental benefits.Compared with other forms of wind energy heating,there are few researches on wind turbine heating system.The research on dynamic model is lack in simulation on operating characteristics.There is a lack of field test research on wind turbine heating sy stem in the experimentIn order to understand the operation characteristics of the wind turbine heating system,this paper,based on the relevant research of the wind turbine heating system,tests the power characteristics of the wind turbine heating system by the experimental platform.The dynamic simulation model evaluates the economy and environmental protection of the wind turbine heating system based on the experimental power characteristic curve.The operation principle of the wind turbine heating system is described.And the wind resources and the heat load are analyzed.According to the local wind resources and the heat load,the selection and design of the components of the wind turbine heating system are carried out.The 100kW wind turbine is used to drive the open screw compressor,and ammonia is used as the refrigerant in the heat pump system.In order to improve the heating efficiency of the system,the soil is used as a low-temperature heat source.Heat is drawn through 42 sets of U-shaped buried pipes.In the study of the simulation operation characteristics of the wind turbine heating system,the dynamic simulation modeling is carried out.With the help of wind turbine simulation software FAST and heat pump simulation software Thermosys,a 100kW wind turbine model and heat pump model are established.The control rules of wind turbine and heat pump unit are summarized,and the control strategy of the wind turbine heating system is preliminarily determined,and the simulation operation characteristics of the wind turbine heating system are obtained.The heating capacity and power increase with the increase of wind speed,and reach the rated state at 9m/s.Under the comprehensive influence of wind speed,temperature,speed and other factors,the primary energy utilization rate of the air-heating unit gradually decreases with the wind speed.Through the establishment of the heat storage device model,the intermittent improvement of wind energy after the application of heat storage device is analyzed.The application of the heat storage device for a 100kW wind turbine heating system can reduce the supply of a large amount of other forms of heat.In the study of the actual operation characteristics of the wind turbine heating system,the data collected by Kingview for a period are analyzed and discussed based on the control rules.Firstly,the time series analysis method is used to get the peak difference of wind speed and heating capacity of the wind turbine heating system.Due to the influence of thermal inertia and fluid transfer,the wind speed change is 160s faster than the heating capacity change on average.Through the time sequence analysis,it is found that the compressor will stop occasionally due to the slow load adjustment.In addition,the power characteristics and performance parameters of the wind turbine are analyzed based on the drawing of wind speed scatter point by interval analysis.Under the average temperature difference of 20℃,the customized heat of 100kW wind and heat turbine can reach 150kW.The operation of the wind turbine heating system can be divided into four stages according to the change of speed,which are the start stage,load adjustment stage,load regulating and pitch stage,pitch stage.The performance of the wind and heat turbine was evaluated through the heat pump energy efficiency coefficient(COP),wind energy utilization coefficient(Cp),and primary energy utilization rate.As the wind speed increases,COP decreases first and then remains unchanged,Cp increases first and then decreases,primary energy utilization rate gradually decreases.Finally,the simulation performance is compared with the actual operation characteristics,and they show the same trend of change and small numerical difference.According to the performance of the 100-kilowatt wind turbine heating system,the annual heating capacity under different annual average wind speed is calculated.And the economic model of the wind turbine heating system is constructed to evaluate the economic efficiency.Under the wind speed distribution in the region,the annual heating capacity of the wind turbine heating system is predicted to be 475MWh.Further evaluation of its environmental protection is made.The wind turbine can reduce the pollution treatment cost by 47500 CNY.
