Research On The Conservation And Micro-Renewal Of Zhengda Street In Guangshan County

Traditional blocks have important historical and cultural values,and there are many problems in their development,such as poor overall environment,unbalanced industrial development,and decline of internal economic vitality.How to stimulate the vitality of the traditional blocks while reasonably protecting them is the key problem that needs to be solved in the protection and renewal of the traditional blocks.The optimization of the industrial structure and its functional expansion of the traditional block are important factors to enhance the vitality of the block and promote the improvement of its physical and spatial environment,which will also be conducive to the interpretation and activation of the value of the traditional block and the realization of the sustainable development of the traditional block.This paper takes the traditional street of Zhengda in Guangshan County as an example,through the analysis of the current situation of the material space environment of Zhengda Street,and on this basis,from the development of the existing traditional industrial forms,industrial structure and existing problems and other aspects of the analysis of the industrial status of the traditional street of Zhengda.Then,the location entropy method is used to calculate the location entropy value of the tertiary industry in Guangshan County,and the strategy of industrial form optimization and the relatively reasonable industrial structure are put forward,which are the preconditions for the optimization of the industrial structure of the traditional street in Zhengda.The development of the industry depends on the relatively stable physical space environment,and the specific environment of the traditional block has certain constraints on the space supply of the industrial form.Therefore,it is necessary to study the coupling relationship between the industry of the traditional block and space.Firstly,according to the traditional blocks of Zhengda Street,the corresponding principles are proposed for optimizing the utilization of block space after the adjustment of industrial function,industrial structure and industrial spatial layout.Secondly,according to the principle of optimal utilization of space,the physical space environment of the traditional street is put forward to make the basic environment layer,the building base layer and the derivative layer of the business form become a good development environment for the integration of the main street and industry.Finally,through the implantation of advantageous industries and industrial expansion,the space of the main street is protected and updated,and the design method of traditional block protection and renewal based on industrial optimization is tried to be proposed.
