With the rapid development of modern electronic technology,the requirements of electronic equipment for power supply are also higher and higher than before.In the field of production and test,the power supply is not only required to supply to the load equipment with the specified output,but the power supply is also required to simulate the output of various abnormal test signal.In light of existing situation,the conventional power supply adopts the mechanical operation mode of combining buttons and knobs,which can only realize adjustment of output value manually,but it can not achieve the specified waveform output accurately.Therefore,it is very significant to study how to expand the output capability of this kind of power supply.Based on the extensive summary of previous achievements,this paper develops a controller owing on-line programmable function,which can control the power supply to output specified time sequence,specified period,specified amplitude waveform output,simulate abnormal test signal,and supply self-defining waveform output.Firstly,this paper studies the internal structure and communication mode of the controlled switching power supply.According to the analysis of the system requirements,this paper designs each module of the controller.In order to realize the function of on-line editing waveform parameters of the controller,two kinds of data-logging methods are designed,which are logging waveform parameter through touch screen and reading U disk file.In the controller,the generation mode and storage format of four types of waveform data are specified,including broken line waveform,function waveform,preset waveform and arbitrary waveform.According to the functions of the controller,the human-computer interaction interface is designed.Secondly,the software and hardware design of the controller is completed by using the modular design idea.Finally,the system test platform is built to test the programmable function of the controller and the interrelated indicators of the power output signal.The test results show,the programmable function of the controller works normally and the system can output broken line waveform,square waveform,sine waveform,triangle waveform,sawtooth waveform,simulate abnormal voltage rise and drop waveform,the controller also can read the U disk file data to realize arbitrary waveform output.The programmable controller designed in this paper improved the intelligent level of power supply instrument and solved the problems in production.The controller has an application value certainly.
