Research On The Evolution And Cluster Protection Of Towns Along The Tea Road In Henan Province From The Perspective Of Regional History

As an important international trade channel in Chinese history,the Tea Road flourished for a time and left a large number of important historical and cultural heritage.The Tea Road Town is named based on the Tea Road,which is a special type of linear cultural heritage connected by the Tea Road.It has a diachronic and cultural value attached to the main body of the Tea Road.Its formation complements the concept of "group area" and "field" of towns,and forms an integrated urban system of "transportation—trans—trade".However,the formation and evolution of the system is a humanistic phenomenon in a certain region.Its formation and evolution not only depends on the spatial basis of the regional geography in the long duration,but also conforms to the environmental trend of the social atmosphere in the middle duration,and is directly affected by the short-term historical events.As an important form of the materialization product of the circulation atmosphere in the middle duration,the Tea Road has cluster effect and connection significance for the protection and development of the Tea Road Towns.Henan has been "in the middle of whole china under heaven" since ancient times.In the long duration,it is not only defended with mountains and rivers,but also connected with mountain gap and waterway.In the medium duration,there is not only four-way communication atmosphere in general,but also defense atmosphere of partial separatist confrontation.In the short duration,there are not only circulation events promoting communication in general,but also defense events of local war and banditry.Therefore,the research on the Tea Road Town in Henan should not be limited to the Tea Road,which is a component of the circulation atmosphere in the middle duration.The urban process of the Tea Road Town in Henan Province is a deductive process from the perspective of complete Regional Historical View,and its research and protection is more integrated and continuous only from the perspective of complete Regional Historical View.Based on this,this paper uses Braudel ’s theory of the Regional History View to explore the spatial logic of time in the "urban process" of the Tea Road Town in Henan Province.In order to provide a new path for the study of cultural heritage diversification.The specific research contents are divided into seven chapters:The first chapter is the discussion of basic cognition.Starting from the overall protection needs,the development of related theories and the background of the Tea Road’s application for world heritage,this paper defines the research object and related concepts,discusses the content and significance of the research,and discusses the related research status at home and abroad from the four aspects of the spatial form and evolution of the Tea Road Town and historical town settlement in Henan Province,as well as the theoretical construction from cultural relic protection to cultural heritage protection,and constructs the research framework of this paper is as follows.The second chapter is the speculation of theoretical methods.Starting from the limitations of the relevant research theory of route and region for the study of the Tea Road Town in Henan Province,this paper focuses on the "Misreading" phenomenon in the investigation of heritage on the Tea Road by the local cultural relics department,and through the excavation of the logic behind the "Misreading",establishes the overall research path of Regional Historical View,namely two systems,cluster protection.The third chapter is the analysis of line value.Taking the Tea Road as the breakthrough point,this paper analyzes the value of the route,the significance for the protection and development of cultural heritage along the route,and the value of the Tea Road Town in Henan Province in the route system.The fourth chapter is the analysis of regional mechanism.From the perspective of regional history,this paper explores the regional mechanism of the evolution of the urban form of the Tea Road Town in Henan Province.It not only pays attention to how long-term regional geography serves as the spatial base of urban evolution,how medium-term social atmosphere serves as the internal motivation of urban evolution,how short-term historical events provide direct impetus for urban evolution,but also pays attention to the construction of logical relationship among regional geography,social atmosphere and historical events.The fifth chapter is the summary of morphological evolution and its characteristics.Taking the specific analysis of the evolution of urban morphology as an example of the evolution logic of the urban morphology of the Tea Road Town in Henan Province under the influence of regional mechanism,this paper summarizes the isomorphic characteristics and "typological" characteristics of the urban morphology of the Tea Road Town in Henan Province.The sixth chapter is the demonstration of cluster protection strategy and practice.On the basis of the research on the integrity of the spatial form of the tea Road Town in Henan Province and the cluster protection strategies such as regional cluster,cultural series,boundary reconstruction and symbiosis between the old and the new,this paper summarizes the theory and practice in combination with the analysis and thinking of the protection and renewal design of the old historical block in Jiaxian county..The seventh chapter,the main conclusions and prospects: the diversified path of cultural route heritage research.
