Traditional gas boiler control has the problems of low control accuracy,labor consuming,low safety factor,and fuel waste.Therefore,a computer automatic control system is designed for the gas heating boiler.Unmanned automatic operation of boiler heating can be realized,Improve the safety and economic benefits of boiler heating.This topic combines project heating requirements.Design a computer monitoring system design scheme based on the combination of Siemens S7-300 PLC and PROFINET and PROFIBUS-DP bus.On this basis,the system hardware design and software design.The hardware part adopts the form of IPC + PLC + ET200 M stations,carry out the selection and circuit design of field equipment and important PLC modules.The software part uses Kingview software to design the upper computer monitoring program,uses STEP 7 V5.5 to write PLC control program,uses MCGS embedded version to design touch screen program.In the boiler control system design process,The control of the water level of the steam drum adopts the three-impulse water level control method;When controlling steam pressure,aiming at problems such as large load changes and many interference factors during the operation of the boiler,Improve the traditional PID control algorithm,Added BP neural network to online tuning of PID parameters,And use Matlab software to simulate and compare the two control methods,Verifies the reliability of the BP neural network PID control algorithm.The actual operation results shows the control system designed this time has high control accuracy,strong safety,and can meet all requirements of the monitoring automation needs.
