In the strong shock experiment,the acquisition of the shock radiation temperature field of the material is of great significance to weapon development,scientific research and industrial manufacturing.The impact radiation temperature is an important physical parameter in the study of the equation of state of materials under the action of high temperature and high pressure.This topic takes the impact radiation temperature as the research object.Aiming at the non-contact instantaneous temperature of the impact radiation temperature,the measurement environment has interference information such as Gaussian white noise,and the unmeasured characteristics of the object emissivity in the temperature inversion,this paper studies the characteristics of the experimental data for measuring the impact radiation temperature,and designs a temperature retrieving technique founded on the retrofitted particle swarm-multiplier castigation function algorithm to reform the accurateness of temperature retrieving.The primary experimentation effort of this paper is as below:1)Aiming at the deficiencies of the impact radiation temperature measurement characteristics and common measurement methods,the multi-spectral radiation temperature measurement method is used to measure the impact radiation temperature.By analyzing the relationship between spectral radiance,temperature and wavelength,and combining Planck’s law to complete the temperature reaction Establishing a model.2)Aiming at the problem that the temperature inversion accuracy is easily interfered by the measurement environment,the wavelet analysis and Savitzky-Golay filtering on the denoising and restoration of the signal are analyzed,and an improved combined spectral filtering method is proposed.Simulation analysis shows that the denoising reduction effect of this method is better than that of a single denoising method,which improves the accuracy and smoothness of the data.3)Aiming at the immeasurability of object emissivity in temperature inversion.According to the theory of constrained optimization,this paper integrates the multiplier castigation function algorithm with particle swarm algorithm to actualize the heap of the two algorithm models,and put forward the retrofitted particle swarm-multiplier castigation function algorithm on this foundation.The simulation outcomes evince that the admixing model solving approach maturely integrates the superiorities of the two unitary algorithms,and reforms the temperature retrieving accuracy and computing efficiency of the impact radiation temperature measurement data.4)According to the needs of the experimental site and the visual operation,the GUIDE software system for the impact radiation temperature inversion is designed,and the various modules are briefly explained and function displayed. |
