Temperature measurement technology of multi-spectral radiation is a powerful tool for measuring surface temperature and spectral emissivity of non-grey materials.It can also be used as an important method for testing dynamic thermo-physical properties of multi-parameter as well.It has been widely used in the field of precision measurement and control of industrial production.Based on Planck Law,this method can be used to invert and calculate the real temperature of a measured object over and over again by collecting spectral information at multiple wavelengths.In the process of inversion,the main problem we face is the uncertainty of material emissivity.In the process of temperature inversion,there are more more unknown number than equations of constructed mathematical models.At present,there are two main methods to solve this problem:one is to assume the functional relationship between target emissivity and wavelength in advance,but it cannot be applied to all materials;Second,based on the data processing method of emissivity of variable modes,materials has been applied widely.However,it has low computational efficiency,and cannot be used for real-time measurement online in most cases.So in this case,based on the secondary measurement without assuming the relationship between emissivity and wavelength,the paper puts forward a true temperature inversion algorithm of fast optimization of emissivity.By the construction of the functional relationship between bias of emissivity and iteration cut-off condition,the limitation of emissivity hunting zone,the high efficiency of operation,it aims to provide the basis for the improvement of the multi-spectral radiation temperature measurement of on-line measurement technology.This paper mainly focuses on the study and explanation of the principle and process of the algorithm,and verifies the reliability of the algorithm through simulation experiment,and compares it with the secondary measurement method to verify the high efficiency of the algorithm.Finally,an experimental device was set up to measure the temperature of the flame in the furnace chamber of the rice husk biomass boiler by using temperature measurement technology of the multi-spectral radiation based on the rapid optimization of emissivity.According to the experimental results,the accuracy and calculation efficiency of inversion in the new algorithm were further verified,and the uncertainty was analyzed at the same time.
