Study On The Design Of Creative Cultural Products Of Wutai Mountain Temple Murals

Wutai Mountain is located in the northeast of Shanxi Province.It is not only a treasure land with a long natural history and profound cultural connotation,but also a treasure house of Buddhist civilization in China.Wutai Mountain area has a large number of temple murals with a long history and profound meaning,which is one of the most dazzling cultural symbols among the existing relics and treasures in China,and fills the gap in the study of Dunhuang murals after the Yuan Dynasty.However,since the appearance of Wutai mountain temple murals,they only stay in the restoration and display of murals,lack of the combination with modern popular means of communication,have not established a modern system of communication means and cultural value display system,and their cultural essence has not been more widely and deeply spread.In the face of the contemporary art trend of Cultural Renaissance,how to fully tap the cultural value of Wutai mountain temple murals,transform the traditional cultural symbols into modern design language,and maximize the cultural and artistic value of Wutai mountain temple murals has become the research power of the author.In this paper,Wutai mountain temple murals as the research object,cultural and creative products as the carrier,through the network retrieval and field investigation methods,the Wutai Mountain murals from the historical development,cultural heritage,artistic characteristics of three aspects of carding and research,and ultimately form a complete creative design methodology and product design.In the process of research,first of all,the existing cultural and creative products are sorted out and summarized,and questionnaires are sent to local residents and foreign tourists in Wutai Mountain for investigation,so as to understand the hobbies and needs of the experience subject of Wutai mountain temple mural,and put forward the design orientation of Wutai mountain temple mural cultural and creative products.Finally,through the analysis of the composition layout,picture modeling and color application of the Wutai mountain temple murals,the suitable cultural visual elements are extracted to restore and re innovate the Wutai mountain temple murals,and on this basis,the cultural creative product development and design of the Wutai mountain temple murals are carried out.It is hoped that through the in-depth exploration of Wutai mountain temple murals,we can promote the activation and utilization of Wutai mountain temple mural culture,fill the research gap of Wutai mountain temple mural cultural creative products,promote the development of regional tourism economy in the form of cultural creative products,and boost China’s cultural renaissance.
