The study on the evolution of traffic flow at urban intersections under the influence of vehicle accidents has important theoretical significance and practical value.The existing research discusses the evolution of traffic flow in basic sections under traffic accidents.In fact.traffic accidents often occur at urban intersections.Therefore,this paper studies the evolution of traffic flow at urban intersections under the influence of vehicle accidents.Firstly,the regional traffic flow model is constructed from the micro point of view when the vehicle in accident is located near the T-shaped intersection and the cross intersection.Then,the simulation is performed.Finally,the evolution process of urban intersection traffic flow under the influence of vehicle accidents is analyzed.It provides decision basis for vehicle handling and traffic congestion alleviation at urban intersections.The concrete achievements of this paper are as follows.The evolution of traffic flow at urban T-shaped intersections under the influence of accidental vehicles.In view of urban T-shaped intersection under the influence of accident vehicle,analyze the traffic flow characteristics of the urban T-shaped intersection under the influence of the accident vehicle,build the urban T-shaped intersection traffic flow model under the influence of the accident vehicle,and the evolution law of the traffic flow of each upstream road and intersection in the urban T-shaped intersection under different occupancy rates and accident duration is analyzed.It is found that the duration of the impact on the upstream lanes of the T-shaped intersection and the T-shaped intersection increases with the increase in the duration of the accident;the impact of the traffic flow and the average density of the traffic flow at the T-shaped intersection increases with the increase in the occupancy rate increase.Among all the traffic lanes,3 lane is affected the most,followed by 1U lane,and 2U lane are affected the least.The evolution of traffic flow at cross intersections under the influence of vehicle accidents.In view of urban cross intersection under the influence of accident vehicle,analyze the traffic flow characteristics of the urban cross intersection under the influence of the accident vehicle,build the urban cross intersection traffic flow model under the influence of the accident vehicle,and the evolution law of traffic flow at cross intersections under different accident duration,different entry rates,different vehicle turning rates and different duration of signal lights is analyzed.It is found that as the proportion of left-turning or right-turning vehicles on the road increases,the impact on the traffic flow of urban cross-shaped intersections is reduced.With the increase in vehicle entry rate,the cross intersection is affected,but the degree of impact remains basically unchanged.As the duration of the accident increases,the impact time on the cross intersection increases,but the degree of impact is the same.As the duration of the signal light changes,the impact of the accident vehicle on the cross-shaped intersection is basically unchanged.The research results of this paper not only reveal the evolution process of urban road intersection traffic flow under the influence of vehicle accidents,but also put forward coping strategies and management suggestions for dealing with traffic congestion caused by sudden traffic accidents on urban intersection roads. |
