Evaluation System And Application Of Airport Operation Efficiency Based On Entropy Modified G1 Method

The airport is mainly used for taking-off and landing of the aircraft,and it plays an important role in the air transport network.And as the social economy develops,an even higher demand has been set by the market.At present,the operational capacity of some airports has been difficult to meet the operational needs of the rapid growth.In addition to the airport expansion,it is also an effective method to improve the operational efficiency of the airport by changing the organizational process.Therefore,it is necessary to understand and master the relevant factors affecting the airport operation efficiency,so as to reasonably evaluate the airport operation efficiency and put forward improvement strategies.This paper first analyzes and summarizes the existing research on airport operation efficiency,and then selects and establishes the evaluation index system through the analysis of airport system composition and operation process.On this basis,the entropy modified G1 method is introduced to integrate expert opinions with statistical data to further improve the rationality of index weighting.Finally,combined with D-S evidence theory,the evaluation model of airport operation efficiency is constructed to provide reference for improving airport operation efficiency,and verify and put forward improvement measures.This paper mainly studies from the following aspects.(1)This paper states the system structure and operation process of the airport in detail,and the definition of airport operation efficiency is also put forward after it.Taking the flight support service as the index selection direction,and the major factors that affecting the efficiency of airport operation has been summed up,and the primary selection of indicators has been also completed.It prepares the ground for the subsequent construction of a reasonable and effective airport operation efficiency evaluation index system.(2)Construct the index system.On the basis of the primary evaluation indexes,combined with the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,according to the design principles of systematic,comparable and testable evaluation indexes,the indexes are divided into five first level indexes,namely,aircraft efficiency,boarding efficiency,taxiing efficiency,collaborative efficiency and normal rate.At the same time,the rationality of the index system is verified.(3)Using entropy modified G1 method to carry out index empowerment of airport operation efficiency evaluation index,and this method can minimize the error in the analysis process,and at the same time,it can also ensure the reliability of the results.Then,the airport operation efficiency evaluation model based on D-S evidence theory is constructed.(4)On the basis of the introduction of the current situation of M airport,this paper applies the evaluation model and gives the improvement strategies according to the evaluation results.
