| Site selection is the most important stage of manual data processing in airport site selection,and the work efficiency has been unable to improve,especially in the case of complex terrain and obstacles in the western mountainous area of China,how to reduce the workload of frontline designers and make the later flight program design more convenient and efficient is the starting point of this dissertation.Firstly,Based on the specific airport longitude and latitude data and referring to the design rules of obstacle limitation surface stipulated in Annex 14 of International Civil Aviation Organization(ICAO),this dissertation analyzes in detail the accurate relative position relationship and composition of each surface contained in Annex 14 under the actual airport data,and deeply studies the connection relationship,position relationship and accurate terrain data between each limitation surface According to the analysis,the mathematical model of annex 14 is built,and the KML general GIS format file of obstacle limitation surface is generated.The dissertation compares and selects the three-dimensional geographic information system(3D GIS)technology platform,and selects the open source cesium platform for secondary development In the second part of this dissertation,the author introduces the concept of the airport site selection in the early stage,which is helpful to the airport site selection and the preliminary judgment of the clearance conditions around the proposed airport,so as to lay a good foundation for the future flight procedure design.At the second part,analyzing the digital elevation model(DEM)data of obstacles and quantitatively evaluating the obstacles with the help of Arc GIS platform,and preliminarily calculating the earthwork of the parts with large volume terrain penetrating the limitation surface of obstacles,so as to further provide the basis and help for the airport location work.Finally,this dissertation takes the preliminary location process of a civil regional transportation airport in Yunnan as an example to verify the feasibility of the dissertation.The results of the study are preliminarily applied and verified. |
