| Airspace is a limited resource,and terminal area,as the "bottleneck",is the transitional airspace connecting the airport and the airway.With the continuous growth of air traffic flow,terminal area has a more and more obvious limiting effect on the capacity of the entire airspace.Therefore,how to make reasonable planning for terminal area is crucial to the expansion and efficiency of airspace.Terminal area in Beijing as an example,in the prediction of the 2022 winter Olympics,on the basis of traffic growth,from the perspective of air traffic complexity,the current sector is optimized,terminal control area to ensure that Beijing would be able to cope with pressure of atc flight growth,for the subsequent sector provides a train of thought and scheme adjustment.The specific research work and conclusions are as follows:First of all,starting from the review of domestic and foreign research,this paper summarizes and analyzes the research status of air traffic complexity and sector optimization,proposes its shortcomings in the selection of factors affecting complexity and model construction,and carries out research on the sector optimization based on complexity.Then,starting from the analysis of the internal structure of the sector,the operating state of the sector and the dynamic characteristics of the sector,the complexity influencing factors considering the weather conditions and the personal work experience of the controller are proposed.Then,using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),which has the characteristics of simple operation and fast operation speed,the complexity quantification model is constructed.By fitting the statistical values of the workload based on the controller "dual post system" with the complexity values,the rationality of the model is discussed.Finally,terminal area in Beijing as an example,the Beijing 2022 was predicted using the trend extrapolation flow change and the distribution of terminal area and using growth algorithm and to balance the air traffic complexity as the goal,from the Angle of air traffic complexity sector is optimized in the terminal area of Beijing through the data contrast can be obviously found that the optimized sector complexity more balanced,Moreover,the complexity of peak sector is reduced to achieve the purpose of capacity expansion and efficiency increase. |
