| With the rapid development of the global automobile industry,the number of cars has continued to increase,and the resulting environmental pollution and energy shortages have become increasingly serious.The use of "zero pollution,zero emission" new energy vehicles instead of traditional fuel vehicles has reached a broad international consensus.Through the promotion of new energy vehicles,the use of energy can be changed and the structure of the automobile industry can be optimized and upgraded.Under the guidance of government policies,Chinese new energy market has reached a gratifying scale.The development of Chinese new energy automobile industry has entered a growth period from the introduction period.Although compared with fuel vehicles,the current market share of new energy vehicles is not high,the continuous breakthroughs in core technologies such as batteries,drive motors,and electronic control systems indicate that the market has huge potential.Therefore,with the intensification of competition in the new energy vehicle market,quickly occupying the market and increasing consumers’willingness to purchase have become important themes for decision makers.At present,many decision makers try to accurately grasp consumer preferences and personal needs for purchasing new energy vehicles by evaluating the acceptance of the new energy vehicle market,and then optimize products to achieve sales growth.In this thesis,by finding consumers’ online comments and analyzing consumer preferences,this thesis proposes an improved SMAA-ER method to evaluate the market acceptance of new energy vehicles.And to establish a new energy vehicle market acceptance evaluation model based on the SMAA-IT2FS method,to provide feasible ideas for the sustainable development of new energy vehicles.Based on this,this thesis mainly completed the following work.(1)Use python technology to crawl new energy vehicle review data on Automobile home website,and perform data analysis and data cleaning on the crawled data,that is,data pre-processing,such as data splitting,data cleaning,word segmentation,removing stop words,etc.The space vector model is used to transform unstructured data into structured data,and keywords are extracted through the TF-IDF model.(2)Considering consumer preferences,construct a new energy vehicle market acceptance model based on the improved SMAA-ER method.First,the LDA topic model is used to identify consumers’potential purchasing preferences.Based on the potential topics and high-frequency topic words generated by the LDA topic model,decision makers construct a market acceptance index system and determine the constraint range of attribute weights,and then propose an improved SMAA-ER method of new energy vehicle market acceptance evaluation method.This method also considers the uncertainty of attributes and attribute weights.Based on the collected attribute information and weight information,it calculates the expected utility of the market acceptance of new energy vehicles,and creates an average cross-ranking matrix.Then establishes a linear programming model for different brands.The market acceptance of energy vehicles is ranked.Finally,a practical case is used to demonstrate the detailed implementation process of our method and reveal its application in the big data environment.(3)Capture consumers’ feelings,attitudes and emotions towards new energy vehicles,and construct a new energy vehicle market acceptance evaluation model based on the SMAA-IT2FS method.First,build a logistic regression sentiment classification model,and calculate the percentages of negative,neutral,and positive sentiment in online comments based on the results of logistic regression sentiment classification.Based on the percentages of sentiment polarity of online comments and the accuracy of the logistic regression sentiment classification model,construct an interval type 2 fuzzy Set to represent the sentiment analysis results.Then use the SMAA-2 method to summarize the sentiment analysis results of different brands of new energy vehicles,and then rank the market acceptance of different brands of new energy vehicles.Finally,use the actual data of Automobile home website.Take an example to demonstrate the implementation process of this method and provide rich management enlightenment for decision makers. |
