At present,there have been researches on technologies related to the intelligent dismantling of used power batteries(hereinafter referred to as lean-liquid batteries)in China.However,due to the randomness of battery placement,it will increase the difficulty of dismantling and recycling processes.To facilitate the dismantling process is performed,the lean solution needs to be a single cell sorting of finishing.If using manual handling,liquid sulfuric acid and heavy metals lead battery will cause great harm to the human body,and high labor costs,ineffective.In the field of battery finishing technology,there are few studies at home and abroad.In order to improve the above problems,this paper studied the sorting process of green and efficient which can adapt to various types of lean batteries.A On-line finishing device based on the visual information was designed to improve the sorting process adaptability.And the specific content is as follows:(1)Based on the green and efficient intelligent dismantling process,comprehensively considering various factors such as the structural characteristics and specifications of the lean-liquid battery,the requirements for the arrangement of the lean-liquid battery are proposed,and a plan for the arrangement and launching is formulated based on this requirement.(2)Aiming at the problem of how to accurately single-organize the twelve kinds of lean-liquid batteries in multiple specifications,a visual organizer and online device that can meet the requirements of the automated processing and online process of lean-liquid batteries is designed.Aiming at the structural characteristics of the lean-liquid battery,a parallel visual inspection algorithm for size measurement and pole identification is designed.The algorithm is verified by experiments with ten different specifications of batteries.The size measurement error is within 1mm,and the pole judgment accuracy rate is 98%.Put forward the design concept of the flipping and clamping mechanism that can adjust the spacing of the splints,and complete the design of the flipping and clamping mechanism in accordance with the standard mechanism design process.(3)After ANSYS finite element analysis of the flipping and clamping mechanism,it is found that its strength and deformation far meet the design requirements without resonance,so there is room for lightweight optimization.Since the structure of other parts is closely related to the dynamic performance,only the structure parameters of the splint and the top plate of the non-standard parts are optimized,and the effect is obvious.
