In this thesis,the application of modern design methods and concepts of corrugated box production machinery for structural optimization design.It can make the design less mistakes,eliminate the hidden dangers of the design,make the structure system of the finishing mechanism more reasonable,and improve the competitiveness of packaging machinery in the domestic and international markets.The finishing mechanism of gluing machine is composed of four parts: front finishing mechanism,post finishing mechanism,finishing and pushing mechanism and paper receiving frame.The method of combining three-dimensional modeling software(SOLIDWORKS),virtual simulation software(ADAMS)and finite element analysis software(Workbench)are applied,which realize the virtual simulation analysis and structure optimization design of the finishing mechanism of gluing machine.The premise is that satisfying the work requirements of the finishing mechanism,the mechanical properties of the mechanism are improved,and eliminate the hidden dangers of the design.This thesis takes the research and development project of printing slotting die cutting and box linkage line production equipment and intelligent control system as the background,and analyzes and researches the finishing mechanism of gluing machine.The main contents of the study include:1.According to the structure size of the finishing mechanism of gluing machine,the SOLIDWORKS software was used to establish the parameterized model of the finishing mechanism.2.Convert the virtual model into a common format and import in ADAMS software.The system dynamics and kinematics simulation were carried out no the model.And the motion parameters of key parts of finishing mechanism are analyzed.3.The static analysis and structural dynamics analysis and optimization of the pushing arm and the eccentric shaft of the finishing mechanism were carried out by using the kinematic finite element analysis software(Workbench).The strain and stress distribution nephogram of the pushing arm under different working conditions and the amplitude characteristic diagram of the eccentric shaft under the sixth order mode were obtained.According to the results of finite element analysis,the multi-objective optimization analysis of the pushing arm is carried out.This paper by using a variety of analysis software,to complete virtual simulation analysis of the sticky box machine finish machine and optimization design of its components.On the premise of meeting the mechanical properties of strength and stiffness,the stress and mass of the push arm are reduced by 47.7% and 17.2%,respectively.On the premise of meeting the mechanical properties,to realize lightweight structure.It provides a theoretical basis for the design and production of finishing mechanism of gluing machine.
