| At present,prefabricated bag manufacturers generally assemble prefabricated bags by artificial means,which causes problems such as inaccurate counting and low production efficiency.Purpose of this project is to design an assembly packaging production line for prefabricated bags,which can realize the automatic counting,bundling and packing of prefabricated bags,thereby reducing the work intensity of workers,improving the counting accuracy and production efficiency.In this paper,the production process is firstly based on the actual production of prefabricated bags,and then the components and specific layout of the production line are determined.Subsequently,a virtual model of production line is established which is consistent with the actual size through SolidWorks software.Then set the cycle time of the process according to the relevant size.The takt time and balance rate were solved by the corresponding formula,and the local production line was simulated by Flexsim software to determine the bottleneck process.In this paper,the problem of overlapping multiple bags is eliminated by making the speed of the inclined conveyor belt much larger than the production speed of the bag making machine;products with poor print quality or incorrectly cut off seals are removed by adding visual inspection and rejection mechanisms;prefabricated bags are detected and counted using reflective photoelectric sensors and counters,and completing the stacking of the predetermined number of prefabricated bags by the height difference between the inclined conveyor belt and the partition conveyor belt;the prefabricated bags are sent to the strapping machine by the pushing mechanism to complete the packaging of the prefabricated bags;steering the prefabricated bag and sending it to the collecting conveyor through the steering mechanism;the prefabricated bags are output through the process of packing,sealing,labeling,and stacking.According to the relevant formulas,the takt time and the production line balance rate are calculated to be 28.8s/group and 85.46%respectively,and the cycle time of each process is set after the completion of the model.When the number of bagging machine reaches five,the production line will assemble at least 1,072,200 prefabricated bags a day and bundle them into 21,444 groups of prefabricated bags.In summary,this paper has designed the assembly packaging production line for prefabricated bag and established a virtual model.The conclusion that the production line can meet the productivity demand is obtained,through the calculation of the takt time,the setting of the cycle time of each process,and the calculation of the production balance rate.And it was verified by virtual simulation of the production line. |
