| The river crossing is an important basic transportation facility of the riverside city,and it is also the key to the current development of the riverside city from "development along the river" to "integration across the river".During the vigorous development of the construction of river-crossing channels in riverside cities,due to the characteristics of long construction period,complex structure,large capital demand,and government funds,urban land resources and other constraints,it is necessary to formulate a phased construction time-series plan.Therefore,in order to scientifically and rationally plan the timing of the construction of the river crossing in the riverside city,to play the role of the backbone of the river-crossing transport across the river,to better adapt to the development of the spatial structure of the riverside city and to maximize the comprehensive benefits of the river crossing.Based on this,the paper conducts research on the construction sequence of river crossing.First,by analyzes the economic and spatial effects of the river crossing of the riverside city in conjunction with the development process of the river-crossing integration of the riverside city.It gives the definition of the construction time sequence,and analyzes and summarizes the internal and external influencing factors of the construction sequence of the riverside channel and its Planning Principles.Secondly,the literature analysis method is used to systematically identify and mine the decision-making indicators of the construction sequence of river crossing in the riverside city to form a framework of decision indicators with 6 dimensions and 40 indicators;and through the questionnaire survey,the importance model and correlation are used Through analysis and principal component analysis,12 key indicators for construction sequence of river crossing in the riverside city were screened out,and a construction sequence index system for the river crossing construction in the riverside city was constructed.Then,the advantages and disadvantages of typical weighting methods are evaluated,and the optimal combination weighting is obtained through game theory to obtain the combined weight of each decision index;the traditional multi-attribute decision-making method is deeply analyzed,and the grey relational analysis is improved to the TOPSIS method to construct Grey Relational Analysis Based on Game Theory Combination Empowerment TOPSIS Riverside City Cross-river Channel Construction Sequence Decision Model.Finally,through an empirical analysis of the case,the feasibility of the research content is demonstrated.This thesis can help the decision-makers of construction sequence of river crossing to understand the various internal and external forces,potential obstacles,risk factors faced by the construction sequence of river crossing.Provide practical decision-making basis and useful reference for actual decision-making of construction sequence of river crossing in riverside cities. |
