The construction sequence is the key technology for the construction of the tunnel excavation by roadheader.For this reason,this paper firstly combines the construction characteristics of tunnel excavation by roadheader and the working conditions of the mechanical equipment,and analyses the key points of operation and precautions of the tunnel excavation by roadheader,and then,based on the factors of the mechanical equipment,the construction method of tunnel excavation by roadheader is compared and analyzed,and the combination construction scheme suitable for the roadheader is determined,and the possible milling and excavation sequences are further drawn up,which include seven possible milling sequences in two working conditions.Secondly,taking the above possible milling and excavation sequences as the evaluation object.The optimization analysis model of the construction of tunnel by roadheader is established,which includes two aspects of the stability of the tunnel and the mechanical equipment,and the method of determining the parameters of the model is put forward.The parameters which involve the influence of the stability of the tunnel surrounding rock can be obtained by three-dimensional numerical analysis method.The para meters which involve the influences of mechanical equipment can be obtained by artificial rock mass milling and cutting test.Finally,using the method of numerical analysis and grey correlation analysis,based on the optimization analysis model of tunnel milling and excavation construction,the optimization and analysis method of milling excavation construction of tunnel by roadheader is established,and reasonable milling excavation construction sequence of tunnel by roadheader is obtained,The construction technology of miling excavation construction of tunnel by roadheader has been perfected.The model and method not only reflect the influence of the stability of the tunnel surrounding rock and the conditions of the mechanical equipment on the milling excavation construction sequence,but also reflect the effect of the construction sequence by roadheader on the efficiency and economy,which has obvious rationality and superiority compared with the existing methods of the same kind.
