Abstract/Summary:
The high viscosity coating has high viscosity value,the basic color coating sampling process is complicated in the separate coating formulation process,and the color accuracy is low,and the toning accuracy needs to be improved.At the same time,the traditional coating allocation method cannot be used without formula and code,so it cannot meet the requirements of special color coating.Therefore,in view of the high viscosity paint,high color accuracy,high toning accuracy,no formula no coding toning,high efficiency and energy saving,low pollution toning machine market demand,the development of an intelligent high viscosity paint toning machine.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,intelligent high viscosity paint toning machine structure design.According to the technical requirements of intelligent high viscosity paint toning machine,the overall structure design adopts modular design to meet the user’s structural customization requirements and improve the toning machine’s work efficiency;according to the material properties of high viscosity coating,the structure of agitator was designed to make the coating have higher uniformity.In view of the material properties of high viscosity coatings,the structure design of coating pump transmission mechanism is carried out to realize the paint pump suction paint and discharge paint,providing a power source for the color mixing circuit.According to the material properties of high viscosity coating,the structure design of nozzle was carried out to improve the effect of coating injection.According to the material properties of high viscosity coatings,the structure design of nozzle anti-dry and antiblocking device is carried out to solve the problem that the nozzle is easy to dry and block without coating injection for a long time.Secondly,simulation analysis of the key structure of the toning machine.Based on CFD technology,the flow field of agitator was numerically simulated,the flow velocity distribution in the paint tank was studied,the agitator mixing power and the fluid mixing time in the paint tank were calculated,the mixing efficiency of different types of agitators was analyzed,and the optimal type of agitator was determined.The strength of the drawing plate is checked by taking the positioning accuracy of ball screw as evaluation index.The simulation analysis of the nozzle anti-dry and antiblocking device is carried out to verify the rationality of its structure design.The key components are selected based on the simulation results.Then,intelligent color matching method design.The BP neural network algorithm is applied to the color matching field of high viscosity coatings.The color and its influencing factors are quantified and standardized.The RGB values of three primary colors and other influencing factors are taken as the input set,and the primary color content of various coatings as the output set.The neural network model is trained by a large amount of data,and the intelligent color matching method based on BP neural network is established;then the intelligent color matching method based on BP neural network is studied and improved.Taking the prediction accuracy as the evaluation index,the intelligent color matching method based on BP neural network is improved by optimizing the parameters of the algorithm and combining with genetic algorithm.Finally,the simulation results show that the improved method can make the intelligent color matching method have high prediction accuracy.Finally,the control system design and physical prototype test verification.According to the design requirements of intelligent high viscosity paint toning machine,the feasible control system design scheme is proposed,and the overall structure of the control system is determined;the physical test of key parts is carried out to verify whether they meet the design requirements;the physical prototype assembly and operation test of the intelligent high viscosity paint toning machine are carried out to verify the rationality of each structure design and the reliability of the control system operation.The performance test of the physical prototype is carried out to verify whether the color blending efficiency,precision and accuracy meet the design requirements.
