Among the multi-and high-rise structures,the cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame structure is widely used due to its flexible layout and better integrity.However,with the continuous development of the economy and society,the concepts of green,environmental protection,and energy saving are highly regarded in the construction industry.Therefore,the industrialization of construction has become an inevitable trend in the development of construction industry.At the present stage,the beam-column joints of the fabricated concrete frame structure generally adopt wet connection on-site pouring joint concrete,and the design of the beam-column connection is equivalent to the beam-column rigid joint joint of the cast-in-place concrete frame structure.However,the on-site pouring and welding operations are large,the construction efficiency is low,the construction experience and training of the workers are insufficient,the on-site construction quality is difficult to be guaranteed,and the component connection quality does not have effective detection methods,and the safety of the building structure cannot be effectively guaranteed.For this reason,this paper proposes a new type of structural system,namely,the prefabricated concrete beam-column hinged frame-shear wall structure system.The structural system connects the beam-column nodes by hinged connection.The connection method adopts dry connection.The column adopts prefabricated multi-layer laminated columns,which reduces a large number of on-site connections and on-site pouring,which greatly improves the construction speed.The shear wall can be prefabricated or can be used.Cast-in-place,flexible construction methods;the structural system is assumed by the shear wall to bear all the horizontal forces,the force is clear,and the structure is simple.Compared with the fabricated concrete frame structure,it is more in line with the development trend of building industrialization.In order to analyze the seismic performance and design method of the new structural system,this paper has done the following work:1 Use SAP2000 finite element software to analyze and establish a two-span beam-column rigid connection frame structure model and a two-span beam-column hinged frame-shear wall structure model,compare and analyze the structural force characteristics,and combine the finite element calculation results to give an assembly type The design principle of the concrete beam-column hinged frame-shear wall structure.The beam-column design does not need to meet the seismic requirements.The beam-column hinged frame-shear wall structure can be designed according to the shear wall structure.2 According to the given structural design principles,a beam-column rigid frame structure model and a beam-column hinged frame-shear wall structure model were designed respectively.The two different structural models were carried out for more than 8 degrees(0.20g)using SAP2000 finite element software.Vibration mode decomposition response spectrum analysis under the action of an earthquake;three sets of seismic waves are selected,and the PKPM software is used to analyze the dynamic time history of two different structural models under the action of an 8 degree(0.20g)rare earthquake.The analysis results show that under frequent earthquakes,the two structural members are in the elastic deformation stage,and the period ratio and the displacement angle between floors meet the requirements of the code.Under the action of rare earthquakes,both structures are hinged at the bottom column end,but the displacement angles between the elastoplastic layers can meet the requirements.3 In order to compare the suitability of beam-column rigid frame structure and beam-column hinged frame-shear wall structure under different seismic fortification intensity and different building height.Establish models of different building heights within the maximum applicable height under the seismic fortification intensity of 7degrees(0.10g),7 degrees(0.15g),and 8 degrees(0.20g)respectively,and compare various indicators.The analysis results show that the beam-column hinged frame-shear wall structure is more suitable for buildings with high fortification intensity and many floors.Although detailed economic comparisons cannot be made directly,from the perspectives of construction efficiency,construction quality,safety,etc.,the prefabricated concrete beam-column hinged frame-shear wall structure system will be a competitive structural system.4 The economics of the fabricated concrete beam-column hinged frame-shear wall structure using large column nets are discussed.The results show that: when large column nets and prestressed members are used,the fabricated concrete beam-column hinged frame-shear wall structure The connection amount of the components of the wall structure is greatly reduced,which greatly improves the economic efficiency of the structure,and as the span of the structure increases,the economic performance improves more obviously. |
