With the progress of the Thirteenth Five Year Plan,it has been an important trend of fabricated assembled construction in modern building technology.Compared with the traditional cast-in-situ constructions, the fabricated assembled buildings obtain many advantages, such as short building period, modularization, informationization, environmental protection and easy control of building progress, which has a great development trend in home and aboard. It proposes a new assembled semi-rigid joint that combines the fabricated beam and column by high strength bolts. And a full-scale size specimen of joint are made and subjected to low frequency cyclic loading.Meanwhile,it analyzes bearing capacities and seismic performances of this new joint by means of mechanical computation and finite element simulation.According experimental investigation and comparison analysis, the main results in this paper are shown as following:1)For the proposed joint,a higher strength of bolts may lead to the damage of this joint caused by breakage of concrete. Therefore, reducing the strength level of bolts appropriately could avoid the occurrence of shear damage in the zone of connection.2)The breakage of the proposed new joint occurs mainly in connection zone of T-shaped beam and column. The end of T-shaped beam exist concentrated cracks, and the symmetry of upper side and lower side of the beam is cracked toward the middle of beam.Meanwhile, there are no obvious cracks on the alternative end of beam, and the fabricated column end and bracket component are intact, which meets the design requirement of " strong column and weak beam".3)Compared with the traditional joint, its yield strength and extreme strength of the proposed joint are enhanced obviously, and its overall bearing capacity is enhanced by 25.41% nearly. The proposed joint has a full hysteresis curve and a energy absorption ability under cyclic loading.4)The simulation results that the high strength bolts have a better bearing capacity, and it is the main bearing component, and concrete components bear lower loading relatively during its bearing period. When the strengths of fabricated beam and column are enough, the proposed joint after earthquake could be repaired by replacing invalid bolts, which meet its design requirement of this new joint.
