Due to the special geographical conditions of China,a large number of steel structure are facing the damage problem caused by the corrosion during the running of the bridge;which cable as the key load-bearing components of supporting the bridge,its durability will directly affect the operation of the entire bridge safety and its life.Studying of corrosion behavior of cable wire and its law of development,it can provide the basic experiment data for the residual life assessment of cable-stayed bridge cable corrosion and it is of great practical significance to ensure the normal operation and maintenance of the bridge.Being aimed at the corrosion development of high strength steel wire is experimentally studied in this paper,and the main research work is as follows:Firstly,making statistical analysis of three dimensional sizes of the surface corrosion wire pit and macro parameters and geometric parameters under three types of corrosion which is real bridge corrosion,multi wire corrosion,and monofilament corrosion;and are classified and analyzed for all kinds and levels of corrosion pit to find that the discreteness of the typical corrosion pit form is relatively small.Secondly,making different kinds of statistical analysis of three dimensional sizes of the surface corrosion wire pit and macro parameters and geometric parameters to let us know the corrosion pit distribution density,the corrosion pit spacing,the size of the corrosion pit on every direction,the corrosion level and the changing rule of the corrosion time.By using probability statistics,on the basis of the level of significance which is ?=0.05,to establish the regression equation between various corrosion parameters and corrosion pit level.Thirdly,the paper is to search the probability distribution of the parameters of corrosion pit and the changing rule of corrosion pit with the corrosion time under anaerobic conditions.In 95%of the reliability,to make a H-T test for each fitting function,and get the corresponding correlation coefficient and the confidence interval,and compared with the experimental results under plenty of oxygen,it finds that the growth rate of corrosion pit with anaerobic conditions less than the growth rate of corrosion pit with sufficient oxygen conditions.
