Prefabricated buildings have become a new representative of the development of green and energy-saving buildings in my country,providing new development ideas for the transformation of urban construction models,the reduction of building energy consumption,and the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.In prefabricated buildings,the development of the superimposed slab shear wall structure system is particularly important.The traditional structure used for the exterior wall of the building still requires the insulation layer to be fixed on the outside of the prefabricated wall panel.Therefore,in order to further improve the assembly rate of the superimposed slab shear wall structure and realize the integration of structural insulation,combined with the current research situation at home and abroad and related norms and standards,the seismic performance of the proposed monolithic single faced superimposed slab shear wall with insulating layer is studied.This article is based on the revised compilation requirements of Anhui Province on the "Technical Specification for Superimposed Slab Concrete Shear Wall Structure" DB34/T 810-2020,and the proposed structural form is combined with the method of pseudo-static test and finite element analysis to determine the failure mode,rigidity degeneration,carrying capacity,ductility and energy-dissipation capacity of the structure,and it takes the seismic performance contrastive analysis with the single faced superimposed slab shear wall with concealed column and seam,cast-in-place concrete shear wall,double faced superimposed slab shear wall in the above research aspects.The main results of the study are as follows:(1)The single faced superimposed slab shear wall with insulating layer bears uniform force,the force transmission effect of the laminated surface is good,and there is no superimposed face separation,relative slippage,etc.The cast-in-place layer works with the inner leaf plate collaboratively and bear the force together,which has a good structural integrity.The prefabricated outer leaf plate does not appear to crack or fall off,and does not participate in the force during the process,which plays the role of protecting the insulation board,and improves the assembly efficiency and safety of the structure.(2)The energy dissipation capacity of the single faced superimposed slab shear wall with insulating layer is slightly weaker than that of the cast-in-place shear wall,and the energy dissipation coefficient is slightly lower,but the difference is small and basically the same compared with the coefficient of the superimposed slab shear wall with concealed column and seam.And the enveloping area of the hysteresis curve is slightly larger than the double-faced superimposed slab shear wall,but they are not much different,and the energy consumption is similar.The analysis shows that the single faced superimposed slab shear wall with insulating layer also has good energy consumption capacity.(3)Compared with the cast-in-place concrete shear wall in the plastic stage,the single faced superimposed slab shear wall with insulating layer have a slightly lower ductility coefficient and slightly worse structural ductility;compared with the double-faced superimposed slab shear wall specimens at this stage,the difference in the rate of decrease of the structural bearing capacity is relatively small,the ductility is equivalent,and the ultimate displacement angle of the structure meets the current specification requirements.The single faced superimposed slab shear wall shows good deformability.(4)Compared with other specimens,the horizontal bearing capacity of the specimens of the single faced superimposed slab shear wall with insulation layer has been improved to varying degrees,but the difference is not much.Combined with the energy dissipation capacity and deformation capacity of the specimen,it can be seen that the single faced superimposed slab shear wall specimen with insulating layer has good seismic performance in all aspects,which is basically equivalent to the cast-in-place concrete shear wall.(5)When the axial compression ratio of the specimen of the single faced superimposed slab shear wall with insulating layer is increased to 0.2,the energy consumption and ductility of the structure are relatively good,and the bearing capacity is greatly improved;when it is increased to 0.3,the envelope area of the structure hysteresis curve is significantly reduced,the energy consumption capacity is weakened,the residual deformation is reduced,only the bearing capacity is slightly increased,and the increase is relatively weakened.In order to make the structure have good seismic performance,it is recommended to control the axial compression ratio to 0.3 Within.Figure [40] table [8] reference [63]...
