The excessive emissions of greenhouse gases have caused an inestimable damage to the environment.Countries around the world have agreed that the most important job to deal with climate problems is to control global greenhouse gas emissions.Since 1992,the world has reached an international convention on greenhouse gas emissions.The Kyoto protocol first proposed the marketization of carbon rights,and the European Union,Japan and other regions have effectively reduced the amount of carbon emissions in the region through carbon trading markets.China has been the leader and pioneer of the developing world in the face of global environmental governance and improved international affairs.And inspired by international success,China also established a carbon trading market in seven pilot provinces and cities in Beijing,tianjin and Shanghai in 2011,and has made remarkable achievements.Logistics transport activities are an important source of carbon emissions from enterprises,and the state’s fixed quota distribution mechanism for carbon emissions has led logistics providers to develop economic benefits within the quota limit.A logistics service provider with a strong dependence on carbon emissions can reduce emissions and expand capacity through carbon emissions.Companies that are rich in quotas can obtain benefits by selling carbon quotas,while companies that exceed carbon limits can use the quota to address the risk of production operations.In the current research,there are few articles focusing on fleet maintenance scheduling,but there are some studies on joint optimization of supply chain and carbon emission.Most of the studies.on the maintenance of transport fleet only consider the topics of cost and management,and there are few literatures that consider the factors of carbon emission and carbon trading.Therefore,it is still to be carried out to consider both fleet maintenance and carbon trading/carbon emission factors.Based on the optimization theory,this paper discusses the cost optimization of the transportation team by the starting point of the maintenance work of the transport vehicle.Based on the cost of maintenance scheduling problem of traditional transportation team,the paper also considers the maintenance cost,operating cost and carbon transaction cost of the team,and builds a transportation car team maintenance scheduling model which considers the carbon emission power trading condition.This study introduces a global search algorithm to solve the problem of maintenance scheduling of carbs.First,the mathematical properties of the target function in the assembly model are analyzed,and the search method for the characteristic design of the target function curve is then designed.The research of this article can help logistics service providers decide the optimal maintenance cycle of different teams to minimize the purpose of the unit time assembly.The operation speed and results of the calculation examples verify the high efficiency and high performance of the proposed model.The empirical results show that the algorithm is increased by the number of teams.The increase in the cost of maintenance and the increase in the amount of carbon emissions required will make policymakers more likely to focus on the maintenance of multiple teams.
