The earthquake is one of the many natural disasters facing human beings.The occurrence of earthquakes will pose a major threat to the safety of human life and property.With the development of economy and urbanization,the demand for high-rise buildings is increasing.When high-rise buildings are subjected to earthquake,the society’s demand for high-rise buildings is gradually increasing,and the application of base isolation technology can greatly reduce the damage.The base isolation technology is the earliest isolation technology proposed,and also the earliest isolation technology applied to actual engineering.A large number of experimental studies and practical engineering can verify that it can effectively reduce the damage of earthquakes to buildings.The parallel combined isolation structure is a combination of two or more isolation devices,and the mechanical characteristics of different isolation devices are used to achieve a good isolation effect.In this paper,a 15-story full-cast RC frame structure commercial building in a city is selected as the research object for detailed modeling,and appropriate parameters and stress-strain models are selected.The Midas gen software is used for finite element analysis and research The setting of the base isolation layer of the overall structure and the seismic performance of the parallel combined base isolation structure are discussed.This article mainly does the following work:(1)Clarify the purpose and significance of this study,summarize the development history of basic isolation technology and the current status of modern engineering applications,as well as domestic and foreign research status,introduce the classification of isolation bearings and the mechanical characteristics and models of each bearing The analysis method of the base isolation structure system is expounded(2)The Midas gen software is used to establish the traditional seismic structure model,lead rubber isolation structure model and parallel combination of lead rubber isolation and friction slip bearing ratios of 24:12 and 20:16 respectively base isolation structure model,and the modal analysis of the structure under the first ten modes is carried out.Through analysis,the modal characteristics of the structure itself are obtained,and the regularity between the structure period and the change of the arrangement of the isolation bearings of the base isolation layer is summarized.(3)Based on the nonlinear dynamic time history analysis under seismic waves,three suitable seismic waves—TCU wave,CHY wave and artificial wave are selected,and the dynamic response of different structural models is calculated using the dynamic time history analysis method.By comparing and analyzing the interlayer shear,displacement and acceleration responses of the whole structure,the influence of the arrangement of the base isolation layer on the seismic resistance of the building is studied,which provides a reference for the seismic work of the building structure.
