Abstract/Summary:
As the problem of labor shortage caused by global aging is becoming more and more serious,unmanned construction machinery has gradually become an important direction of future development.However,the existing unmanned construction machinery is mostly a combination of simple stacking and rigid unmanned function,which lacks systematic and in-depth industrial design research on the whole.This topic starts from the unmanned technology,takes the unmanned bulldozer as an example,studies the relationship between the user,the construction machinery,the environment and other elements in the construction machinery operation scene,puts forward the unmanned construction machinery design scheme for the engineering construction operation scene,in order to meet the user’s operation requirements in a variety of engineering construction scenes.First of all,this topic analyzes the current situation of unmanned construction machinery products at home and abroad,sorts out and summarizes the development trend and advantages and disadvantages of unmanned construction machinery products,and lists the application of unmanned technology in product design.Secondly,taking the construction machinery operators as the target users,the project construction scenario and users were investigated.Through questionnaire survey,user interview and other methods,this paper preliminarily summarizes the users’pain points,function improvement expectations and new function prospects in the actual operation process of unmanned construction machinery.Then use context analysis to create user roles and situations and build user demand model.Dig into the potential demand of users for unmanned construction machinery in the construction operation scene.According to the user’s demand and the application of unmanned technology in the design of construction machinery products,the design objectives of unmanned construction machinery products are put forward.Finally,the user requirements of unmanned construction machinery are converted into function points through brainstorming and the product function hierarchy is divided to obtain the product function list.At the same time,the design elements such as unmanned system,CMF and modeling are analyzed.Based on the above results,the design practice of unmanned construction machinery is carried out.After the design scheme is determined by the form exploration of sketch,the design practice and design evaluation of unmanned bulldozer are finally completed through the design process of three-dimensional modeling,product rendering and rendering.This topic takes unmanned bulldozer as an example to discuss the application of unmanned technology in the design of construction machinery products.Based on the investigation of unmanned construction machinery at home and abroad,the development trend and shortage of unmanned construction machinery are summarized.Using questionnaire survey,user interview method and situation analysis method to obtain and excavate user needs and then put forward the design goal of unmanned construction machinery;The user needs are transformed into product function points and product design elements are analyzed.Design practices are carried out based on the above results.This paper provides a new idea for the design of the same type of unmanned construction machinery.
