As a key component of large steam turbine units,control system plays an indispensable role.When high pressure steam drives steam turbine to run at high speed,reliable control system is needed to ensure the stability of output voltage and frequency,and once the power grid does not work or the unit works abnormally,control system is also needed to ensure the safety of the device itself.In addition,the performance of control system directly affects the energy efficiency of generating units.Modern large-scale units attach great importance to control functions such as protection,alarm and monitoring.By adding or optimizing these functions,the operation and maintenance level of generating units and the reliability of generating units are improved,and the service quality and life of specific equipment areguaranteed.In the past,the DEH system and ETS system in the steam turbine control system were often independent systems,and the control of one unit was as many as 3-4 sets of systems.No matter from the economic cost or technological advancement,it is no longer the optimal solution.This project is to use SIEMENS industrial distributed control system(DCS)as hardware control station,develop high-performance software and hardware,with strict control technology,andsuccessfully achieve a high stability and high performance steam turbine control system.The main contents include:(1)Search relevant literature,do project feasibility analysis,establish design scheme,and fully understand their detailed requirements for hardware architecture and software function in combination with the requirements of steam turbine control process and user design liaison meeting.(2)Improve and determine the technical plan,design the installation position of the signal instrument,and design the logical chain relationship of the automatic control in combination with the process,which combines the control contents of the original DEH,TSI and other independent systems together.Use Siemens Industrial Decentralized Control System(DCS)as the hardware control station,Siemens ET200M IO system and Schneider’s power distribution system as the hardware architecture to set the lower computer control station;Based on the host computer configuration software,configure the appropriate host computer configuration software.(3)Based on the basic hardware and software solutions,the design and installation of the equipment are integrated;According to the designed automation logic chain relationship and the data that the operator needs to monitor in daily operation,the lower computer control program and the upper computer monitoring software function screen development were carried out;Field commissioning and control were carried out and successfully put into production.Tests showed that the device has high electrical automation integration,simple operation,and stable system.It successfully integrated the functions and integration of the original subsystems to mect the production requirements of the enterprise for the steam turbine control system.
