| With the exploitation of marine resources in various countries,marine pollution is becoming more and more serious.Therefore,it is an important problem for human beings to control the marine environment and return the ocean a clean face.Clean ships are widely used because they can effectively deal with marine pollution.In clean ships,electric propulsion system is favored and widely used for its safety,reliability,environmental protection and energy saving.When the electric propulsion clean ship sails on the sea surface,it is easy to be affected by various sea surface disturbances,which makes it unable to operate stably and safely.In order to solve this problem,permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)with excellent performance is selected as the propulsion motor to drive the propeller to rotate and generate thrust to drive the ship to sail.At the same time,the safe and reliable vector control technology is introduced into the motor,and the traditional vector control system is partially improved to optimize the control performance of the system and improve the anti-interference ability of the system.Firstly,this paper analyzes the structure and control technology of PMSM.On this basis,the traditional vector control system of propulsion motor is built by using MATLAB software.At the same time,the detailed simulation analysis is carried out under the condition of variable speed and variable load.Secondly,because the traditional vector control system of propulsion motor adopts PI speed controller with poor anti load disturbance ability,this paper introduces the sliding mode control strategy and designs the sliding mode speed controller based on the load torque observer,which greatly improves the anti load disturbance ability of the system.Through a lot of simulation studies,it is proved that the control system is better than the traditional speed controller The vector control system of induction motor has better control performance.However,there are chattering problems in sliding mode control,which results in poor performance of the control system.Therefore,this paper further optimizes the control strategy of the vector control system of the propulsion motor,and proposes a double sliding mode control strategy,which not only weakens the chattering of the system in sliding mode motion,but also strengthens the anti disturbance ability of the system,so as to meet the actual needs more.Finally,this paper analyzes the working characteristics of the propeller,builds the corresponding simulation model,and combines it with the improved PMSM vector control system.The simulation results show that the PMSM vector control system has good control performance when a certain positive disturbance is given.Figure [52] Table [8] reference [64]... |
