With the promotion of rural revitalization strategy and healthy China strategy,creating an ecologically livable rural human settlement environment has become the focus of new rural construction.Ecological livability is the key to rural revitalization.Scientific plan of village,vigorously improving the design level of rural houses,and highlighting the local characteristics are the development requirements for the improvement of rural human settlement environment.This paper designs seven kinds of design of rural houses in southern Anhui Province based on the survey results and the requirements of modern human in view of the existing problems of plane,space,indoor thermal environment and energy consumption of existing rural houses in southern Anhui,and analyzes the relationship between layout,spaces,thermal environment and energy consumption.The optimization of layout and space was carried out for four cases with poor thermal environment and high energy consumption.The results of the study are of guiding significance for the construction of rural houses in southern Anhui with local characteristics,comfortable indoor environment and low energy consumption.For the first,this paper conducts field research on existing rural houses in southern Anhui to understand the design of typical Huizhou traditional dwellings,such as the simple layout,various space forms and space methods.Analysis of the changing of the layout and space in rural houses in southern Anhui Province combined with the literature survey of the rural houses in southern Anhui.Then combined with the survey results and the needs of functions and equipment,designs seven rural houses design for different users.Secondly,conducts field tests of Huizhou traditional dwellings and numerical simulation of seven rural houses.In the simulation of energy consumption,the simple HVAC model in Design Builder software is used to estimate the energy consumption of houses in the early design stage to simplify the simulation process.The energy simulation includes three different operation modes including first-level envirmental control mode,second-level envirmental control mode and mixed mode to eliminate the different energy consumption caused by different habits.Afterwards,a comparative analysis of rural houses in southern Anhui and analysis of its own factors were conducted,and it was concluded that the influence of plane factors and space factors on the indoor environment and energy consumption was: the large width has high thermal comfort and low energy consumption.The plans with the patio have good thermal comfort in summer,and the poor thermal comfort in winter,and the energy consumption is high throughout the year.In the comparison of own factors,the rooms in south,southeast,and southwest have better indoor thermal comfort,and northeast rooms have higher energy consumption.The second-floor rooms have good thermal comfort and low energy consumption.The closed room has better thermal comfort and lower energy consumption.Finally,this paper uses energy consumption as the evaluation index,the seven completed rural houses design in southern Anhui are compared,evaluated and sorted to find out the plan to be optimized.Starting from the influencing factors of its own plane and space,comparing the difference between the plan to be optimized and the target plan,without changing the shape and structure of the building to be optimized,a variety of optimization strategies are obtained,and simulation and comparative analysis of the optimization strategies are carried out to obtain a suitable optimization strategy to achieve the goal of optimizing the indoor thermal environment and reducing building energy consumption at the same time.
