The scaling mechanism is a collapsible mechanism composed of basic scaling units.It has large planar and space scaling ratios,and is widely used in aerospace,construction and other fields.It has great research value and application prospects.In this paper,the theoretical analysis and application design of the shrinkage mechanism will be carried out.First,the basic units of the plane zoom mechanism are classified and analyzed theoretically.For different types of basic units,their geometric characteristics,scaling principles and motion processes are analyzed and compared,and the influence of the selection of the position of the hinge point on the shape and motion process of the basic unit is discussed.This paper proposes a method for the design of plane scaling graphics based on the parallelogram module.The correctness and feasibility of this method are verified by the design of plane scaling mechanism based on English letters.Secondly,by expanding the basic unit of the plane zoom mechanism,a quadrangular pyramid space zoom mechanism was designed.This quadrangular pyramid space-reduction mechanism is a complex multi-closed-loop mechanism.The degree of freedom of this mechanism is calculated using the theory of spins,and the kinematics are analyzed using the spins of velocity.Correctness.Thirdly,the movement of the scissor unit is extended into the space,and a quadrangular pyramid space scaling mechanism is constructed.The degree of freedom of quadrangular pyramid retraction mechanism was calculated by using the screw theory,and the kinematics analysis was performed using the spin volume of velocity.Finally,the example design of plane and space shrinking mechanism is carried out.A flat scaling design method based on the parallelogram module was used to design a flat scaling mechanism based on the BUPT swan goose School Emblem,and three-dimensional simulation verification was performed with SolidWorks.Taking the quadrangular pyramid space zoom mechanism as the basic module,a retractable satellite antenna structure was designed and verified by simulation.In this paper,the structural principle of the basic unit of the scaling mechanism is studied in depth,the kinematics analysis of the planar and space scaling mechanism is completed,and the application design and simulation verification of the planar and space scaling mechanism are completed.The application range of the scaling mechanism is expanded,and it provides a theoretical basis for further research of the shrinking mechanism. |
