In recent years,with the continuous development of my country’s economy,the number of family cars has also increased sharply.Traditional parking lots have been unable to meet the needs of existing vehicles.In order to solve the problem of parking difficulties,various transportation departments have opened up new roads from On-site parking.The traditional parking lot management system cannot meet the needs of the new on-street parking lot.Therefore,a parking lot management system with strong adaptability and high precision is needed.Based on the above requirements,the paper designs a parking system on the road with smart perception.Based on the traditional smart parking system and related algorithms,the paper makes the following improvements and designs to the system and algorithm:(1)Improve the original noise removal method.In the preprocessing stage,the image denoising method is combined with guided filtering and high and low frequency separation.First,the paper uses wavelet transform to separate high and low frequencies.The separated noise part is mainly in the high frequency part,and then the high frequency signal is removed by the characteristics of guided filtering.The signal containing noise is removed and the details such as texture and edges in the high-frequency signal are retained.(2)A license plate location algorithm based on MEAN-SHIFT algorithm and Faster RCNN algorithm is designed.In the license plate location stage,the MEAN-SHIFT algorithm is used in combination with the Faster RCNN algorithm.The MEAN-SHIFT algorithm is used to compare the similarity between the license plate area and other areas to obtain a small license plate area,and then send the small license plate area to Faster RCNN algorithm,the license plate area is located.The MEAN-SHIFT algorithm is used to find the area with the greatest similarity to the license plate,reduce the recognition range of the algorithm,highlight the regional features,and improve the accuracy of license plate positioning.(3)Designed an on-street parking system based on smart perception.The Internet of Things technology is used in the on-street parking smart car system to connect the information collection terminal with the database terminal,PC terminal,and APP terminal.The information collection terminal uploads the collected information to the database through the SIM card,the PC terminal centrally manages the data and releases information,and the APP terminal provides parking lot query functions,navigation functions,and fee settlement services based on the information,completing the wisdom of the road under mobile perception Design and implementation of parking system.Figure 48 table 4 reference 77...
