With the development of electric energy substitution,the proportion of electric energy in terminal energy consumption is increasing day by day,which puts forward higher requirements for power supply,and the serious impact of large-scale grid connected operation of renewable energy on the security and stability of power grid,it is difficult to cope with the increasingly severe situation of power supply and demand and large-scale grid connected demand of renewable energy only by relying on the adjustment of generation side dispatching mode.Using demand side resources to participate in grid regulation can effectively reduce load shedding capacity,replace some high-cost and rapid regulation of power generation resources,which is conducive to the stable operation of the grid.At the same time,with the development of energy Internet,new demand side resources such as distributed power,energy storage and electric vehicles are gradually mined,which brings more value.In order to better reflect the value of power demand side resources and improve its utilization efficiency,it is necessary to study the comprehensive value and utilization strategy of power demand side resources to build a more comprehensive comprehensive comprehensive value system of power demand side resources.On the basis of consulting a large number of relevant documents and materials,this paper starts with the connotation and mechanism of power demand response,analyzes the implementation status of power demand response in typical foreign countries,and explores the existing problems in combination with the development status of power demand response in China.Secondly,it comprehensively combs the types of power demand side resources,and classifies them into three types from the perspective of its own characteristics The load characteristics and response characteristics of all kinds of power demand side resources are further analyzed,and the response strategies of various types of power demand resources participating in grid regulation are defined.Then,based on the in-depth analysis of the role of power demand side resources,three dimensions of self value,market value and social value of power demand side resources are analyzed The comprehensive value evaluation system of power demand side resources is constructed,and the quantitative modeling is carried out;the comprehensive value evaluation model of power demand side resources is constructed based on the improved TOPSIS evaluation method based on the grey correlation degree.At the same time,considering the influence of the large value of individual indicators on the overall evaluation results,the incentive function is introduced based on the variable weight theory to revise the indicator weight;and the variable weight modification is combined The positive and negative evaluation results put forward the cascade utilization strategy of "high value emergency use,low value common use" of power demand side resources.Finally,taking the operation of a summer power grid in Jiangsu Province as an example,three kinds of demand side resources,residential load,industrial load and integrated load provider,are selected for value evaluation and utilization strategy verification.The comprehensive value evaluation system and model of power demand side resources constructed in this paper can effectively measure the comprehensive value of power demand side resources,help the grid to select appropriate demand side resources,and its utilization strategy can effectively guarantee the safe and stable operation of the grid.
