Urban power grid is a multi-power,multi-user,multi-function,high density,large load network system.To promote the stability and high speed development of urban power grid,give full play to the characteristics of multiple types of resources in urban power grid and their complementarity,promote the efficient use of distributed generation(DG)and demand side resource(DSR).The aggregation of resources provides a new way of thinking to solve this problem.In view of how to aggregate the resources of different features and how to regulate the resources after the aggregation,the main work of this article is as follows:First,based on the research of residential users,aiming at the characteristics of the dispersion,quantity and variety of users’ load space,a corresponding response model is established to analyze the user’s demand response potential.A two scale spectral clustering method based on the analysis of the potential response potential is proposed to classify users.On the basis of user classification,a static optimization aggregation model of resident users considering the risk of user default is built with load aggregator(LA)as a medium.Based on the analysis of the electricity data of 50 residents in Baoding,a residential user aggregation scheme with high response potential and low default power consumption rate is obtained.It provides a reference for the evaluation and optimization of load demand response in the process of polymerization,and lays a solid foundation for the polymerization of multi-user and multi type resources.Then,we put forward the definition of DSR and take into account the complementarity and uncertainty of all kinds of DSR.Based on multi scenario analysis technology,we put forward the idea of quarterly aggregation of DSR.Based on the DSR clustering day feature vector extracted as the input vector of SOM,we build cluster analysis and multi scene,and establish DSR multi-objective dynamic optimization aggregation model based on scene partition.The improved niche evolution multi-objective immune algorithm is used to solve the optimization model.Taking the power supply range of a city center as an aggregated area for example analysis,the optimized aggregation scheme of resource aggregation(RA)in different quarters was obtained,and the rationality of quarterly aggregation of resources and the effectiveness of multi scene analysis are verified.Finally,aiming at how to control the resources in RA and give full play to the superior characteristics of RA,this paper present the double optimization scheduling model of city power grid containing RA and the control strategy of "unified decision,decentralized response" to response resources.Based on the power gap index and the quality division of response resources,a resource response scheduling model of RA demand response is established,and a demand response revenue sharing mechanism for grid and user two-way incentive is designed.Through the example analysis,the effectiveness of the optimal scheduling model and the proposed strategy is verified.Reasonable response resource control and demand response incentive mechanism can bring economic benefits to Power Grid Corp under the premise of meeting the demand of electricity gap. |
