As a renewable energy,the proportion of wind energy in the energy structure of the world is increasing,and more and more attention is paid to it.in recent years,wind power generation has been rapidly developed and widely used.The blade of wind turbine generator is one of the main factors influencing the efficiency of wind turbine generator,and its aerodynamic performance directly affects the efficiency of wind turbine generator.The airfoil is the basic element of the blade,and its aerodynamic performance determines the performance of the blade to a great extent.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the aerodynamic performance of blades,that is,to improve the efficiency of wind power generation.In order to optimize that aerodynamic performance of wind turbine airfoil,a method of aerodynamic optimization based on CST parameterization,CFD simulation,radial base neural network agent model and genetic algorithm is proposed,The main studies that can be carried out to optimize the airfoil are as follows:(1)Aerofoil parameterization:Four aerofoils such as NACA0012,S809,DU210 and DU300 are parameterized by CST parameterization method,and the accuracy of CST parameterization method for different aerofoils is studied.And the influence of order on the accuracy of parameterization.The results show that the overall fitting accuracy of CST parameterization is high,the order required for different airfoil fitting is different,and the corresponding number of parameters is also different.(2)CFD simulation and establishment of agent model:A new airfoil cluster is generated by changing the parameterized airfoil parameters,corresponding Cl,Cd are obtained by batch calculation with OpenFOAM,and a sample library of the parameters and Cl,Cd is established.The radial basis neural network(RBFNN)proxy model is established by training samples.the results show that the RBF model has high prediction accuracy and strong generalization ability.(3)Optimization algorithm optimization:Single-objective optimization of the agent model is carried out by using genetic algorithm,and then iterative optimization of the outer loop is performed.The optimization results of the case show that.The aerodynamic optimization design method proposed in this paper can optimize the aerodynamic performance of aerofoils,which is of reference significance to the optimization design of aerofoils.
