With the development of Wind Turbine Generator System towards large capacity,the size and mass of core parts will increase.The larger mass will lead to higher manufacturing cost and more difficult transportation,so it is of great value to use topology optimization technology to realize the lightweight of core parts.The base of wind turbine is the most important supporting part in the engine room,which not only bears the weight of transmission parts and motors,but also is subject to dynamic loads generated under different complex working conditions at all times.Therefore,when optimizing the topology of the base,the impact of different complex working conditions on the overall topology of the base must be fully considered,and the distribution of the weight ratio of different working conditions is the key to establish a more reasonable topology.To address this problem,firstly,Based on the variable density method and Eclectic planning method,the the comprehensive objective function of stiffness topology optimization of wind turbine base is established.An surrogate model of the RBF is then developed.Combined with many island genetic algorithm to find the most optimal weighting factor of different limit conditions,According to the optimal weight ratio obtained by the approximate model,the topology of the base is optimized under multiple working conditions to obtain the initial topology configuration,The strain energy of the topology structure under different weight ratios is compared to prove the rationality of the optimal weight.Then the static strength analysis and mode analysis of the base are carried out.Aiming at the problem of excessive local stress of the base,the shape optimization and free shape optimization techniques are used to improve the local size,and the final optimization model of the base is obtained.Finally,Through validation analysis that the optimized base mass is greatly reduced,the stiffness is improved,and the local stress concentration problem is improved,It satisfies the requirements of use and provides a reference for the design of wind turbine base.content includes:...
