Since the successive release of the 12th and 13th five-year plans by the country,the decline of traditional fossil energy power generation and the need to strengthen environmental protection have made vigorous development of new energy a new trend.Among them,wind energy has the advantages of clean and green,large reserves,low cost,and easy use.Vertical axis wind turbines are difficult to resist in the main market against horizontal axis fans.They are mostly used for small and medium-sized wind turbines and turbulent wind fields.It has the advantages of no need for wind direction,convenient maintenance,and strong economy.The advantage of the spiral blade vertical axis fan is that the torque is evenly distributed throughout the rotation of the wind wheel,and there is no dead angle of starting.This paper uses a spiral vertical axis wind turbine as a model.Perform research and optimization.Based on the basic principles and operating process of wind turbines,first use Gambit to build a three-dimensional model,and perform simulation in Fluent.The current disadvantages of excessive wind speed and low wind energy utilization are different in different wind turbines.Under the working conditions,the wind turbine pressure field,velocity field,and vortex curve changes before and after the blade tip wing is added are compared and compared.The changes in the torque and power output curves of the blade before and after the installation of different style blade tips are calculated.Next,the structure load and stability of the vertical axis wind wheel are studied.The mechanical conditions of the blade main beam,support arm,and rotating main shaft of several components of the wind turbine are analyzed using mechanical calculations,and then the static and dynamic analysis is performed using ANSYS Workbench to determine The material and parameter size of each part of the fan,and verify whether the strength and stiffness meet the conditions,and finally perform a modal analysis on the whole machine to determine the frequency and mode of each step of the wind turbine,and optimize the whole wind turbine to prevent the wind No resonance occurs during operation.This article aims to provide a reference for the optimization design and engineering application of spiral vertical axis wind turbines.The theory and numerical simulation methods are combined.From the perspective of aerodynamics and structure,wind turbines are better suited for low and medium wind speeds and wind directions The chaotic environment provides some effective reference methods.
