| Over the past few years,China’s rapid energy industry has increased its efficiency years,and the wind energy industry has increased its success.The importance of wind power SCADA system is gradually emerging,and the degree of attention of each power company has reached an unprecedented level.With the phased expansion of wind farms,there are more and more types of wind farms.The planning of SCADA system in each wind farm is unreasonable,the redundancy of hardware selection is insufficient,and various communication protocols are not appropriate with others.The SCADA system has already been a major challenge of planning and designing a major wind warfare as an enemy.In order to realize the reliable data transmission of SCADA system,The server of the communication uses the TCP/IP protocol to create a network connection with the communication terminal and the client,and completes the data acquisition and analysis functions.The communication software client can establish a connection with the server and receive real-time binary data,which will be displayed in the form of data after analysis.This paper focuses on the implementation process of communication based on TCP/IP protocol in client/server mode,and describes it in detail.In addition,the concept and architecture of HILS simulation help users design the performance of the early measurement system in the automatic control system and find its shortcomings.On the basis of greatly reducing the research and development costs,the development time is significantly shortened.At that time,if you want to view the simulation indicators,it is much more convenient.The hardware-in-the-loop control system(HILS)simulation combines both fast and real-time characteristics.The two features are organically combined,so that the simulation results are more realistic,closer to the real industrial control site,and the risk is reduced.This article has conducted a preliminary study on the specific adaptability of multiple functions of the HILS system. |
