As a region or even a country,large-scale engineering projects have strategic and overall major investment behavior.They have many participants,complex core technology and high social concern.They are a comprehensive contract combination system.Perfect and standardized contract management provides the necessary reference and basis for the work of other links of large-scale engineering projects.At the same time,detailed and complete project contracts also provide support and guarantee for the efficient development of project management and the improvement of overall work efficiency.Through preliminary research and development,it is found that the current large-scale project involves a number of contract subjects,which to some extent leads to many disputes and disputes,and affects the smooth implementation of the project.In this paper,a detailed study and discussion of large-scale project contract management and control in the emergence of a large number of problems,problems,combined with the basic situation of project management items,specific in-depth analysis of large-scale project contract management problems,and find out the influencing factors,in view of the problems and influencing factors put forward corresponding countermeasures.Firstly,according to the basic concepts and theories of project contract management,through consulting literature and other research methods,this paper makes a preliminary study on the management of large-scale project contract.Then,the basic situation of contract management of large-scale project is analyzed and studied by means of questionnaires,and it is determined that no attention should be paid to contract planning and no organization should be set up for contract management.Rationality,derailment of bidding and contract management,non-standardization of bidding procedures and environment,non-standardization of contract specific terms,a large number of "black and white" contracts,unreasonable risk allocation,improvement of contractor’s strength requirements by owners,and delay of construction period are nine problems.Secondly,using the theory of grey correlation analysis to determine the impact of the nine existing problems on contract performance,it will affect the most serious bidding procedures and environmental irregularities,the existence of“black and white”contracts and the delay of construction period.The problem is identified as the core issue.Thirdly,the core issues are analyzed from the perspective of the internal and external environment of the large-scale engineering project contract management and the specific causes of the three core problems,to determine the reasons for the core problems.Finally,it analyzes the reasons for the irregularity of the bidding environment and procedures,and proposes improvement measures such as implementing two-way incentive measures,increasing supervision and investigating misconduct in the field of engineering projects;analyzing the existence of "black and white" contracts The reasons for the core problems are pointed out,and the improvement measures for optimizing the contracting and contracting methods of engineering projects,and the system measures for completely eliminating the"black and white" contract are proposed.The reasons for the analysis of the core problems of construction delays are pointed out.Control measures before,during and after the event.The research results of this paper have theoretical significance and application value for the contract management of large-scale engineering projects in the current and future period.
