Kaifeng Zhongshan Road Based On City Central Axis Street Space Research

Kaifeng is one of the first batch of national historical and cultural cities,the ancient capital of the Seven Dynasties,and its rich historical and cultural heritage has formed the wonders of the site of the "city piled city".Zhongshan Road is the central axis of Kaifeng.The layout of the central axis of the city has a history of thousands of years.The changes of Zhongshan Road are closely related to the development of Kaifeng City,carrying the past,present and future of Kaifeng City.The research on Kaifeng Zhongshan Road starts from multiple disciplines and perspectives such as urban history,cultural history,urban planning,urban design,street landscape,and architectural design to analyze its formation,evolution,spatial form,and protection.This is the main focus of this article.content.Through research,the current research on Zhongshan Road in Kaifeng is relatively simple and lacks a systematic arrangement.For example,what is the history of Zhongshan Road and what is the status of Zhongshan Road as the central axis of the city? What influence does the city axis with its rich historical and cultural heritage have on the reconstruction and development of Zhongshan Road today?First of all,based on these considerations,this article combs the theoretical development,cultural connotation,and role in the planning and construction of the ancient capital city,and analyzes the differences and connections between the ancient city axis and the modern city axis to reveal the city.The position and role of the axis in the protection of historical and cultural cities.Second,the development and evolution of Zhongshan Road and the history of Kaifeng city development are summarized.The four important periods for the development of Kaifeng city in the key selection areas are the Tang Dynasty state government period,the five-generation Northern Song Dynasty capital period,the Ming and Qing periods,and the modern provincial city.During the period,it summarized and analyzed the development context of Zhongshan Road and Kaifeng City,and revealed the relationship between the spatial pattern of the urban central axis and the urban pattern,so as to obtain the status and existing value of the urban central axis in urban development.Third,we conducted a survey and analysis of the current situation of Zhongshan Road ’s street space.Through field research and data strategies,we conducted an inductive analysis of the composition of the street space,the elements of the street landscape,and the existing construction of Zhongshan Road.Analyze and evaluate the street space of Zhongshan Road with the situation of both graphics and text,and summarize the characteristics of the street space of Zhongshan Road.Fourth,combine the relevant theories of the central axis of the city to explore the street space of Zhongshan Road.The design and analysis are carried out from the perspectives of street section design,architectural interface,important nodes,street sketches,etc.,and re-grasp the street space positioning of Zhongshan Road under the central axis of the city,and propose insights and strategies for the construction and development of local typical road sections and nodes.Finally,on the basis of oral history research,the construction development and pattern changes in the decades after the reform and opening up of Zhongshan Road were sorted out,and a strategic analysis and research were conducted on the design and transformation of the street space of Zhongshan Road.
