Abstract/Summary:
It will be the practical task of the next reform to gradually open the business of selling electricity and further implement the market-oriented competition on the selling side with the gradual deepening of electricity market reform.The power-selling market is gradually opening up,and various types of retailers and modes of power-selling are emerging with the gradual deepening reform of the power-selling side.Which makes the competition environment of the electricity retail companies more intense.At present,the profit mode of electricity retail companies is not enough to deal with the rapid development of the power industry.And the operation of electricity retail companies is increasingly difficult because that the electricity retail companies faces multiple transaction risks in the power market.It is urgent to explore the business mode that can reduce the transaction risk and improve the competitiveness of electricity retail companies.This paper focuses on the demand response strategy of electricity retail companies in the power market,which takes risk aversion into account.First of all,the research status and academic literature are summarized from the aspects of operation mode,optimization,risk aversion and demand response mode.Secondly,the operation environment and competition relationship faced by the electricity retail companies are analyzed,and the power market transaction framework is put forward.Based on which the mode of electricity purchasing and selling of the electricity retail companies is analyzed,and the mode of demand response project are studied.Thirdly,the cost models of different demand response projects are constructed based on the application mode of demand response in the electricity selling side.Then,the revenue model of the retailer from different demand response strategies is constructed by combining the demand response project and the business structure.Finally,a demand response strategy model of electricity retail companies,which takes risk into account is constructed based on the theory of conditional value at risk.Based on the above research,the related problems of the optimal selection of the demand response strategy of the retailer in the power retail market are analyzed,and an optimization method for the selection of the demand response strategy is proposed of the power retail market which is less studied at present.The results provide the theoretical reference for electricity retail companies to enrich their operation mode.And the results also provide the decision-making method and theoretical basis for the electricity retail companies to reduce transaction risks and carry out demand response projects.The demand-side loads,as a kind of resource,can not only reduce the transaction risk of electricity retail companies,but also can help the power selling company to obtain more users’ recognition and improve their incomes.The research on demand response strategy of electricity retail companies is not only conducive to the development of power selling companies,but also conducive to the optimal allocation of load resources and the promotion of the power reform.
